A very well designed helmet bag. This bag is not too big, but it’s designed so that there’s plenty of room for a riding helmet. I love the classic red, white and navy blue equestrian color scheme. The webbed top double handles are stylish and comfortable. It has two zippers that meet in the middle and allow you to open the bag very wide. There is an inside zipper. My riding helmet sits nicely inside and there’s room for your gloves, scarves, bandannas, keys, cellphone, etc. I carry a small ziploc bag of horse treats in there as well. There’s also two outside magnetic flap pockets, which are convenient for cash, etc. It sits squarely on four feet. I love the look of this helmet bag, it’s almost like a classic handbag but designed for an equestrian. All in all, this is a versatile, stylish bag; perfect for an equestrian like me, or just a girl who loves horses and horsey style! P.S.: the Ariat logo adds an extra dash of cred!

I ride at 2 different barns regularly and periodically travel to a third barn in a neighboring state so my helmet spends a lot of time in the car. I can be clumsy so good handles were a must and this bag has them. The handles can be bound together for easy carrying. I also like the 2 zipper pulls which make the bag easy too open wide for easy in/out and the rubber feet on the bottom of the bag are nice. I leave this in my locket at my main barn Monday - Thursday and it gets pretty dusty there but this wipes clean. While it's not "padded" it does seem to be a bit cushier than others I looked at as well. I was really hoping to pay about half this for a helmet bag but you get what you pay for.
