The second time I'm purchasing this and it is soooo good. I use it instead of maple syrup on selected recipes (like peach cobbler french toast) and it is a hit with anyone who tries it. I love ginger to start with , and this is a terrific product. Sweet, with a bit of a hot bite from the ginger. It really enhances a lot of the other ingredients.

Just liquid sugar syrup, barely any ginger flavor for my taste. I was hoping for a fresh burst of ginger to add to tea and making homemade ginger chews with this, maybe this is one of those things that is based on personal preference but to me this was more plain sugar syrup with a hint of ginger flavoring.

I purchased this for a special Sunday dinner, added this syrup to my Pineapple Lemonade and it was a huge hit. Everyone wanted to know how to may the Pineapple Ginger Lemonade.....I need a new bottle as this one went pretty fast.. The Ginger zing was everything. I wish the bottle was bigger.

My opinion,Tastes better than Portland Syrups Ginger Syrup when mixed with club soda.
Actual ginger flavour
Your mileage may vary according to taste, but this is a hit with the adults in our family. A spoon per Sodastream bottle produces a wonderful ginger-flavoured water. We've also used it for mixed drinks; it's great at low volumes to give a bit of taste and smell of the root.To get something more like ginger beer, I suspect you'd need a significant dollop, and if you're looking for Sprite, a spoon of this and a few spoons of sugar or simple syrup would do the trick.

Perfect for ginger ale
I use this with the soda stream. Add a wedge of lemon to the glass and it makes delicious ginger ale
Not good for SodaStream
I really love the taste of ginger in this, I wish they made a bigger economy pack, also not well suited for SodaStream, it is not concentrated enough, do you will get this watered down taste, no good.
