Occasionally I have gone a while without it, & could tell the difference within a couple of weeks. It really does make a positive difference! The recommended dosage says 3 capsules twice a day, but after using it consistently, I have found that 2 per day works fine too. I have noticed no side effects at all. I would recommend to anyone having bladder control issues. I will never be without it.

I've been taking this product for almost a year and when I ran out a couple of months ago while traveling and forgot to reorder for a couple of months, I realized just how well it does work. It still won't stop leakage when I sneeze--and I sneeze hard--but does help to hold until I can get into the bathroom on most occasions.

I bought these pills when all else had failed for me because of the great reviews. Either the reviewers were easier to please or I just have a different metabolism as I took them for a couple months ( realize these pills take time to work) and no, nada, zero results. Needless to say I cannot recommend them.

Not perfect but good. Stage IV prostate cancer survivor; without FloControl rarely sleep more than 2-3 hours in a stretch; with FloControl it is often 3-4, hours and often 5-6. Tango products are ones I trust
