I've used numerous supplements with melatonin. None have been effective as the Nutricost Sleep Aid Complex. I definitely sleep faster and wake up more rested vs not taking this supplement. Even though the dosage is three pills, I've gotten good sleep with two so that makes it even more cost effective.

Bolo is not giving me refund, I am not going to still taking this supplement anymore and i am not going to buy anything for this brand either.. the provider does not care about this.This suplement is horrible, After I took 1 pill it gave me a headache... it helps you to sleep but the worst part is when you wake up because you are still with headache and the rest of your day you are dizzy or feeling tired.. I tried for 3 days and it was enoughI thought was only me but I gave one pill to my husband and He said he was feeling sick all day, I dont know what's going on but it's horrible, don't buy it !!

Seems to work. Does not make me feel drugged or drowsy. I do fall asleep about one hour after taking.

This product really does work well. Possibly better than some of my prescription alternatives. Perfect combination of ingredients that works wonderfully without a hangover. I’m not sure about tolerance with his product because I’ve just recently switched to this product.

Disclosure, I've used these only once, but that one time was the best sleep I've had in a long time!I suffer from RLS and will wake up multiple times through the night. I've tried just about every OTC product to little avail.My experience with these... I took the recommended dosage about an hour before bed. I didn't necessarily feel tired and ended up staying up a little later talking with my son. When I finally did lay down, I expected my experience to be like every other sleeping aid, tossing and turning, especially considering I didn't feel very tired. HOWEVER, after closing my eyes, I WAS OUT. I did wake up 2 or 3 times throughout the night but was so tired I fell back to sleep... My SLEEP won over the RLS I could feel trying to creep in (for anyone that sufferers from RLS will know this is just about unheard of). I woke up still tired, but once I got moving and had my caffeine, I was solid. Granted, this is a one-time experience and I haven't tried them again since the first time (last night from the time of posting this).I don't write reviews very often, but this was worth taking the time... Thank goodness for a well rested night! Worth every penny!

Doesn't work, offered no sheep benefit, and you can not return it. I will buy my supplements at GNC moving forward that has a return policy

The opposite effect
I have some problems with sleep especially difficult falling asleep. Thieve pills made the opposite effect for me - I became anxious and couldn’t sleep till morning. I tried them several times during several month and never helped me
Not convenient
Serving is 3 Capsules which is too many to take at the same time
Nightmares
This product did not work. I had vivid nightmares. I felt queasy and nauseous right before falling asleep. I do not recommend it all.
