I gave only 2 stars last time only because of the price. But I bought this brand all the time only because I trust it. To me this brand is honest. I could see the address and the pictures of this farm on line. Other lower priced Ginseng brand also claims that their ginseng grew in Wisconsin. But no address nor any farm pictures was given. I drink this ginseng,dried dates (from a Korean farm in California) and goji berry combo tea every day to support me thru my whole day work. If I drank this tea too late, I could not sleep. It proves that it did boost my energy since I could not drink more than one cup of coffee per day.I saw this brand many years ago (15 years?) on a Chinese TV channel in Florida and later was looking for it all the time until I found it on Bolo last year. I used to buy it from Oriental market in Orlando but the price was ridiculously high. Honestly I am not sure if I felt more energetic after drinking this tea made from this sliced ginseng,dried dates and goji berry. But my throat and mouth did feel very comfortable during my 12 hour shift work due to this ginseng tea combo. I was very satisfied with my first order but in the second order the size of the slices was quite small and many pieces were broken. I found the price went up by about $10 since one year ago. It is just not right when customers gave a good review then the seller raises the price.

The ginseng has good quality even it's small. You got your money worthy. I bough it for myself. But if you try to use it to impress your future mother-in-law, you've better spend more money on the package. Overall, I care about more of the quality then it's outside presentation.

The picture shows good looking big slices of the ginseng in the box, which makes you think that they are all sliced from the bigger ginseng. But after I opened the box, I found out that except the surface ones, underneath, they are all smashed pieces, scraps and slices from very small ginseng.It is deceivable and cheating by putting a few big slices on top and stuffing scraps underneath, and it really made me to think if quality of the product is up to its descriptions!

This Ginseng actually impressed me by the taste at this price point vs. I normally bought around $200 per box. Taste is very similar. Just the cut pieces are little bit smaller than the expensive brands. However, the over all experience is good.
