My stubborn push mower is getting old and I needed several pulls to get it started. I simply removed the pull rope assembly to expose the nut on top of the engine. Using my cordless drill and the ratchet adapter with the right size socket allows me to start the engine easily. The ratcheting adapter eliminates the possibility of kickback which could possibly injure a person.

25 clicks per turn, but strong and small enough to put in vehicle or other small toolkits along with a sliding handle which won't seize from rust. Do not use it as a drill extension to start a small engine but you can. :) It can be disassembled for maintenance. Worth it.
