I've chewed other brands that were 4 mg and this one is not 4mg. I was trying to find sugarless ones and these are indeed that. But the chew gets to hard/chewy and has a different feel to other brands, but this is the first sugarfree gum I've tried.

I have tried similar products and this was cheaper so I bought it. It tastes terrible and the gum remains hard and cannot be used for long. It is unusable. Get a different product to assist you.

If you know what the nicotine receptors do, how, and with what, they get occupied. . . these do the intended job for me. I haven't smoked for a really long time after using them.

These were too strong for me. I cut them in half and they were still too strong. They made me feel sick to my stomach, dizzy and weak (even after cutting in half). I would return them if I could. I had previously ordered the 2mg and I felt fine with those. It was recommended to increase the dosage otherwise I would have never increased them. I'm going back to 2 mg. It may take long, but at least I won't feel sick.
