I have not had a chance to see if this works yet since I just got it about 10 min. ago but I did tastes it and the flavor is amazing! It tastes like the blue barrel juices I used to drink as a kid! the container had plastic on the outside to seal and also a styrofoam/paper seal under the cap. It was sealed tight, no problems... Looking forward to seeing how it works for my workout.PS: kinda too sweet for 1 whole scoop per water bottle (16 oz.), so I split it up to 1/2 scoops in 2 16oz. bottlesUpdate-Seems to boost my workout and aid in recovery. I was still sore the day after my workout but it was not as bad as it usually is.. also, I got kinda bloated and had a horrible stomach ache about an hour after drinking.. I think this was because I chugged it though. My husband had some as well before and during his workout and he didnt have any tummy issues. So I think maybe I should have just taken my time with it.Tip:dont chug the drink, no matter how much water you mix it in.

I decided to give this brand a try and I’m glad I did. The ingredients are good and the flavor rocket ice pop is delicious. I put a scoop in my hydro jug and have no problem getting it down for the day with the help of this supplement. Mixes great also. I will definitely purchase again!

The BPI Sports Best BCAA's are always my preferred choice! I can tell a complete difference in my workouts. I run, swim, and do calisthenics, and this takes the soreness away much quicker. It also has helped me burn more fat and maintain muscle within cardio based workouts. Unlike other BCAA's I have tried, they taste great... almost too great! The only reason for 4 stars is simply because they are generally too sweet for the recommended mixture. Personally, I feel that I have to add almost double the water to get the sweetness down, but it helps me stay hydrated. Definitely give it a try!

I love the flavor of these Bcaas and it dissolves very well. It has helped with recovery post workout and I’m not sore for near as long as great supplement.

The product itself is good, I do notice less muscle soreness when I take it during lifting sessions. The flavor of the Rainbow Ice is VERY sweet which I usually don't mind but after about 5 servings I was already kind of done with it. The Cherry Lime flavor was more tolerable. Still recommend the product, just maybe a different flavor

It tastes fantastic, dissolves well into cool water, it's VERY sweet. I personally don't like the sugar crash I experience after drinking it, definitely do not recommend as a pre workout due to this.

BCAA's have dramatically changed my post-workout recovery. After a hard workout I could be sore for 5 days at a time! Utilizing BCAA's has made me feel more normal. Plus, these taste great. This is the second flavor I've tried and it really does taste like a bomb pop! This is a must-have for my weight training.
