Going in buying this product I wasn't expecting too much for the price. I chose it because it was a kit and came with a lot of items. I have to say how surprised I was when I got it. The packaging alone was better than most companies I have ordered from. It showed up a week early- literally only 4 days after ordering it. Nothing was broken and everything was wrapped up tight to protect it.Pros- I have been slowing switching over to cruelty free products and SHANY is 100% vegan and follows PETA's strict policy for cruelty free products which at this price is unheard of.The pigmentation of the eyeshadow is incredible, I was blow away by how much they stood out and only used a little bit. I have oily skin and it is hard for me to get eyeshadow to stay all day without eye primer but just using this alone without anything it lasted my entire work day (9 1/2 hours.) and omg, the compliments I got for the colors! They are stunning.The brushes are so soft, holy crap I was not expecting that! Plus, you know punk. Adorable. Again, the brushes are also 100% vegan.The fact that this kit comes with oil blotters saved my life. I have one in my truck, one in my pruse, bathroom and bedroom. I am never without them now.Cons- the lip glosses were much smaller than I originally thought. They seem a little sticky but the colors are great. Just personal stuff- nothing they did wrong.I feel like they should put more information for the brushes they send you- especially for people that are just starting out and aren't sure what brush is for what. Again, personal thing nothing against them.All in all this kit FAR exceeded my expectations and I will 100% be ordering from them again and again. I have started scoping out their other products already.

Ok so first off I was kind of nervous to buy make up online that I had never tried before. I went into Macey's the other day and sampled a lot of expensive brands there and they were so nice feeling. The pigments were much better then the Drug Store brands and they were softer too. So I felt that if I wanted this type of quality, I was gonna have to pay an arm and a leg at some fancy store. So I came to Bolo (my go to store for better prices) to see if I could find any deals. Well SHANY cosmetics showed up in my searches with high reviews and low prices. I checked out their site and thought it was worth a try. I was super excited when my set got here.PROS:All the colors were bright and shiny just like pictured. The eye-shadows were very velvety and super pigmented! I use a light primer and no setting spray and my eyes looked awesome all day. The brushes are such a new thing for me and I loved the fact there was a insert that told me which brushes were which and what to use them for! The bigger ones were super soft and fluffy and the smaller ones are soft yet firm enough to do the cool definitions I've been seeing everywhere. The lip-glosses are more of a test size but there are so many that it seems like the best way to get to try out so many cool colors. They are creamy and not too sticky and they blend great with lip liner. The oil blotting pads actually work too!CONS:The makeup was awesome, super reasonable price! Only con would be I have to wait till it gets here.

I'm really disappointed with this box. It didnt even come with half of the things that are on the pictures. I didnt get any kind of eyeliners, hardly any eyeshadows. I mainly got things for my nails.... which makes no sense because I bought a "makeup" box not a nail art box.... I know I probably sound very dramatic but I was so excited for this box! The pictures I saw on the reviews really sold it and even though I was debating if I should get it.... it was a mistake.... it is not worth the price!! There is no way what I got is a 100 bucks worth of makeup. Oh, I got a brush holder but no brushes... The eyeshadows didnt come in a variety of colors mainly drowns, nudes and bronze, a beauty book, some rolls of nail tape, a few dotting tools, one very cheap hair extension, two small eyeshadows, the brush holder, blotting paper (which aren't really good) a case of really small lip gloss that has a weird smell to them and a kit of nail art bottles.... With no eyeliner or the pretty fake lashes, without half of the things they advertise .

Shany holiday disappointment!
Was disappointed! Ordered this for my daughter as a gift and it came in the mail with squished boxes and was expecting more for the price. The brushes are small you get better quality at the dollar store in my opinion. Not worth it.

Bolo will not allow me to call this what it is so it is up to the reader to decide if this is was an ethical transaction or not and if the reader wants to fall into the same type of issue.The third picture depicts what is advertised as the product you get when you pay $135.00 for the "surprise box". The First 2 are what actually arrived.We ordered this for our Granddaughter for Christmas but "Surprise!" what we got is displayed in the first two pictures, worth a total maximum value of $65.00 (actually found cheaper if you shop around).Made us wonder if the people in the company giggle when they send these out.I am surprised that Bolo condones this type of business
