I'm so glad I found this. I have to take Bs in the methylated versions, and not in the mega doses that most complexes provide. I'd been trying food-based multis, such as Garden of Life, which contain reasonable doses but also (due to the particular food sources) various phytoestrogens, which can be problematic for me. So in lieu of a multi, I was buying individual, methylated Bs and breaking them into tiny bits to get doses I can tolerate. The Bs alleviate my depression and brain fog, but if I take too much or the wrong form, they make me irritable and/or give me insomnia. So I was grateful to find this multi, which has reasonable doses and, furthermore, comes in tablets that provide flexibility with dosing, because not only is the full dose divided into two tablets, but the tablets are scored and can be cut in half (or even quarters) very cleanly, with no crumbling. I probably won't be able to take the full 2 tablets, but I can take half a tablet and get enough Bs (for me).So far, so good. Yes, they have an odor (from the iron, perhaps?) but I don't mind that at all, for all the benefits I get from these.Edit: Keeping them in the fridge reduces the odor.

I’ve been through my fair share of multivitamins and prenatals. This brand definitely hits the head on the nail with the price, slow-release formula, customer service, and mix of vitamins/dosage. The two pills are super easy to take, I feel energized, very easy on my stomach, and the size of them are not too big. I notice with some multivitamins, constipation or those “after burps” can occur. I haven’t had any gut/stomach issues with this brand. Which is a 10/10 for me! Great quality overall!

There are a lot of reviews speaking about the taste and smell of these vitamins. I don't know about you but I don't really choose my vitamins based on the way they taste or smell. I buy based on the ingredients and effectiveness of the product. I'm not going to lie, these smell and taste awful but, they are made that way because the company chose to jam pack the pills with actual vitamins and minerals as opposed to fillers and I'm okay with that. I can deal with a minute or two of unpleasant taste and smell to be healthier, in the long run.I recently started on Keto and decided I needed to supplement with a multivitamin. I tried another brand specifically for keto that majorly upset my stomach. I have a tendency to be sensitive to vitamins and some medications. I was worried that this might do the same but, I have been taking the full dose for three days now with no ill effects.Tonight I got an email from the company with a guide to taking this supplement and answers to some FAQs which I thought was pretty awesome.Overall, for the price and quality of the product, so far, I feel like it can't be beat. If you can get over the smell and taste, I definitely would recommend taking a shot on these!

If you are not sure that you need vitamins and minerals DON'T use these. They are of good quality and absorb well. Also iron content is highly sufficient so be extra sure if you need iron, especially those post-menapausal

I love the quality of the vitamins and I wish they worked for me but even though it says it is sensitive on the stomach it hurts mine. I didn’t realize it was the vitamin until I missed a couple of doses and then took it again.

The size is perfect for easy swallowing besides being non-GMO VEGETARIAN. It is packed with the right combination of vitamins and minerals in the right proportion in the most desirable bio-absorbable form. This product distinguishes itself from others in this respect. They provide some of the b vitamins (pyridoxin and riboflavin) as phosphate derivatives instead of nitrate or other derivatives. B12 is provided in a methylated form which is most potent without side effects. Phosphates are more readily bio absorbed and thus very effective. Zinc is another ingredient which helps immunity against pathogens. The other minerals : molybdenum, chromium, copper, boron etc. are very beneficial as well. I have a suggestion for them: Please include manganese which is a trace mineral because recent studies have shown that manganese can reverse atherosclerosis. There are very few supplements to reverse atherosclerosis and manganese would be really a boon to anyone with arterial stenosis. And please come up a supplement for men without so much iron and added manganese

Un fils malade.... Puis un mari... L'hiver est là et les rhumes avec.... Plus la fatigue pour allez au travail c'était pas la joie...J'ai donc acheté cette cure de un mois d'abord au fils qui a été remis sur pied en 3 jours plus aucune fatigue....Du coup je l'ai a nouveau commandé mais cette fois ci pour mon époux et lui aussi me dit ressentir la différence...Cure complète de un mois adopté indiscutablement !
TAKE NOTE ABOUT THE IRON
The product is 5 star. It's high quality and I like that the team is extremely researched. The buyer SHOULD NOTE that taking on iron isn't always a good thing. This particular product has EXTRA IRON. I have been taking these supplements for over 2 years now and I have accumulated EXCESS iron. This is a dangerous condition because the body doesn't simply dump iron. I need to perform regular phlebotomy to get rid of the excess iron I have accumulated in my body.Before taking any supplements, perform a DETAILED blood panel. The one your general doctor gives you and says "you are healthy as a horse" is not enough! You need more data before putting things into your body. Learn from my mistake.

L'ho ricomprato perchè sicuramente come contenuto di minerali è il migliore che ho trovato su Bolo. Non molti sanno leggere le etichette a quanto pare. Altrimenti saprebbero che la forma di B12 meticolbalamina di questo integratore è molto meglio della cianocobalamina, in genere tossica e presente negli integratori comuni, per giunta in quantità esagerata (che predispone al cancro al polmone). Per non parlare del metilfolato rispetto all'acido folico che, per essere utilizzato dal corpo in forma di folato, deve passare attraverso numerose reazioni, mentre i folati sono subito metabolizzati nel piccolo intestino. Oltre a non essere immediatamente disponibile per l’utilizzo, l’acido folico può diventare pericoloso quando si accumula: diversi studi l’hanno associato ad un aumentato rischio di cancro al colon.Quantità ottima pure di selenio rispetto ai soliti integratori.E poi il mio preferito: il glicinato di zinco invece dei soliti ossido, gluconato o citrato che sono meno biodisponibili e che danno enorme nausea.Se pensate che tutti i minerali e vitamine siano uguali, sappiate che non è così e la qualità in base alla loro forma è molto diversa.Inutile andare sul risparmio e acquistare prodotti inefficaci e dannosi, altrimenti si perde il senso stesso dell'integrazione. Allora a quel punto meglio non prender nulla!Io direi che questo prodotto vale il suo prezzo e anche di più, ricordiamo infatti che le compresse sono molte. Peccato solo per l'assenza del Magnesio
