A great balance between melatonin and the strong meds.
Very hard to express how much I love this product! Less strong than unisolm ( that stuff made me feel crazy the next day) and I’m left non drowsy the next day. Fast acting! When I got pregnant I had no trouble stopping- non habit forming I didn’t have to use every day. My brain is very racy and active at night so it helped settle me and I got the rest I needed.
These are a game changer! Saved my life!
Maybe the title of this review is exaggerated, but seriously. I suffer from sleep insomnia since I'm a kid, and now I have a great job, but can be stressful plus my mother has Parkinson's and am taking care of her. So you can imagine, I was unable to sleep for months. It really was affecting me emotionally. I tried a lot of different pills, even some from Bolo and they didn't work. Somehow I added this to my checkout, but honestly don't remember lol. It arrived and I was like, "okay might as well try it." WOW. Been using it for 2 weeks and I fall alseep within an hour. I also don't feel groggy in the morning which has allowed me finally to get back to exercise and work. Seriously, amazing product.

Only work for two nights.
Works just like Benadryl because it IS Benedryl. I can only use them two days in a row because I become immune after two days but the days Iusethem, sleep is beautiful.

Only works for a few hours
It does help to get me to sleep, however it doesn't help me sleep through the night. I still wake up midway through the night and have trouble getting back to sleep.
