One of the horns in my kit arrived broken. I contacted the seller directly, they asked for a picture, which I sent, and I have heard nothing from them since. Fortunately it was a paper party blower, which I can replace, but for the price tag on this, I’d expect more protective packaging.That aside, I like the idea of the product. My kid has a hard time speaking clearly and saying that tricky ‘r’ sound, and he’s thrilled about the idea of using these to improve his clarity. Hopefully it works for us!
