When I take these every day I never experience heartburn. When I miss a day, I pay for it. I talked to my doc about it and he says, "Keep taking them" even after the recommended two-week period. So I buy them in bulk from Bolo. I prefer the kind that has the berry taste although you don't chew them. It's just a nicer taste.
