This has been my go to for 5 years. Its AMAZING in coffee & tea! It won’t dissolve without hot water but I just make a mini simple syrup and its solved!

This is an excellent sugar substitute in terms of sweetness in my coffee and as a baking substitute. I personally cannot detect an aftertaste. Best of all, Lakanto products do not raise my blood sugar levels. It has never started a bingeing cycle like foods that contain cane sugar.

Love the Lakanto golden monk fruit sugar. In coffee and tea, and especially for baking. It doesn’t spike blood sugar. And it is 1:1 for replacement in any recipe. I keep a tightly closed jar of it on my countertop and the rest in the bottom drawer of my fridge, it keeps a long time. Highly recommend!

This is the best sweetener and the only one I use. The flavor is natural and I like that it is a healthier option. I also like knowing that it is calorie free and can be used as a 1:1 substitute for sugar.

This is one of my favorite sugar alternatives. I use it to manage my diabetes and still have sweet foods. I like the flavor—it’s better than plain erithritol. It’s not overly sweet either and measures much like sugar. It bakes well. All low carb adapted recipes are going to be different if you omit flour and sugar but with this sweetener I don’t feel deprived.

You cannot consume it in tea or cake because of it's taste.It was very disappointing because it is very expensive and I bought it to get a high quality taste .But now I will get rid of it because of its so awful taste.

Great Alternative to Sugar!
In my opinion, monk fruit sweeteners are by far one of the best, if not the best natural sweeteners you can buy. There is no aftertaste, and the fact that it taste pretty much like sugar for no negative effects is a win in my book. Obviously with any alternative to the real thing, its not going to taste 1:1, not matter how hard anyone tries. This comes real close and I am now a fan!
