Our business orders these 20-30 at a time sometimes and we use them hourly for a medical clinic for lab tube labels.I've never had an issue with the order, never had an issue with the product. These work flawlessly in Brother label printers... QL-720NW & QL-820NWB.The only issues I've had is that every once in a while a label will become unpeeled upon printing and get stuck and you'd have to manually clean out the printer... but this happened just as much with the more expensive refills vs. these.All in all I can't recommend these more.They are cheaper and work exactly the same as the more expensive/official brother brand refills.
