Durable, thick, nice looking with wood channel knife. Fits nicely in my hand, I hadn’t used a channel knife for twist garnish but this is easy to use and twists come out long as desired with a little practice. Easy to clean but don’t forget it’s still sharp.

I use these constantly for bartending at a busy NYC restaurant. I feel like I’ve broken 100 of the cheaper versions with steel handles. I’ve always bought multipacks because they were cheaper and I knew I would go through them pretty quickly because the metal wears and snaps over time on all the competing brands. BUT THIS channel knife, is absolutely fantastic! Super sturdy, showing no signs of wear and tear after 2 months of constant use. It’s very well crafted and super sturdy. Viski always makes such quality glass-wear that I use at home. And to see there bar utensils are of the same quality is wonderful. I truly recommend as the only channel knife you’ll ever need!

I purchased the Viski Channel Knife, Cocktail Garnish Citrus Zester, and my experience with this bar tool has been quite disappointing. While it may have an appealing appearance with its walnut wood and stainless steel construction, the actual performance and quality are far from satisfactory.Despite its attractive appearance, the overall build quality is subpar. The tool feels flimsy and lacks the durability expected from a bar accessory. When it comes to its primary purpose, which is zesting or garnishing citrus for cocktails, the Viski Channel Knife falls short. The blade is not as sharp as it should be, making it a struggle to achieve clean and precise zests. This can result in messy and uneven garnishes.In conclusion, the Viski Channel Knife has been a letdown. While it may have an appealing design, it ultimately fails to deliver on the most important aspects of a bar tool: functionality and durability. I cannot recommend this product, especially considering its relatively high cost. There are better alternatives on the market that provide a more satisfying experience for cocktail enthusiasts.

Works well. Makes nice size strips of lemon peele for use in many applications. Great tool for the bar and kitchen.

blade rotates and will not peel!
Bought one and thought it was a malfunction. Nothing on the blade section to stop it from rotating. Ordered another and same thing. Poor quality!

Great product and worth the price. The wooden handle seems untreated so I rubbed a bit of my cutting board mineral oil into the handle and now it looks even better!

Este cuchillo de canal, es de buena calidad. Ya tengo algún tiempo trabajando con él, y la madera se ha ido deteriorando un poco con el agua. Pero claramente hay que tratar la madera con aceite mineral grado alimenticio para que se mantenga como nueva. Corta bastante bien la cáscara de los cítricos. Comparado con otros cuchillos, éste funciona mejor.Estoy satisfecho con la compra y la recomiendo. El precio es razonable.
