Not only do I have thicker hair but the quality of my hair has changed, I went from having frizzy unruly hair, no matter what product I used to turn frizz into curls, but my hair is full of body and straight. Not stringy straight, full body straight.I no longer have any stomach aches after I eat so I can only surmise that my gut health has improved as well. These products come flavored but I prefer the non-flavored version to mix into my morning smoothie where I also add their Super Greens powder, Collustrum (Lemon Bar is my preferred flavor) and Pure Bone Protein.Ancient Nutrition powdered productions are almost a fine silt and blend easily. I was worried that my use of all of these products to rely on for all my nutritional needs was going to give me a poor report on my next fasting blood test. Instead it did the opposite. All of my blood levels were on target and any deficiencies I was experiencing vanished like the wind.If you are thinking about improving your health and have worries about thinning hair or nails that either won't grow long or easily break, I recommend Ancient Nutritions College products.

I was already taking collagen peptides in the capsule form, which are not fun to swallow.When I have stopped taking them for a couple weeks or so, I will notice ridges grow up from my nails during those particular time frames, when I haven't always been consistent.I had only been taking 2 capsules instead of the 3 or 4 the directions called for, because I'd either forget to take them, and I was also trying to spead them out, to last me longer.However, collagen peptides have always helped to keep my nails stronger, and without taking them, they'll become thin and break easily.I was recently told by someone whom I trust, that the powder form is much better for absorbing and healthier for me.I want to be more consistent, and I ordered two, to also start having my husband add it to his morning coffee, as he does not like taking anything in pill form if he doesn't have to.Plus, this powder form makes it so much easier for us to remember taking it consistently, by only adding one scoop daily into our coffee or tea every morning.After about a week now, he claims it has made his joints feel better.He also has more energy, which I can attest to.This could either be a placebo effect on him, or it is truly working, which is a plus for us.I do feel this multi-collagen protein powder has already made a difference and improvements towards our health.I would highly recommend this, and I hope it will always be available.

This Ancient Nutrition strawberry – lemonade flavored collagen drink is an excellent source of collagen. Since taking it over several months, I definitely noticed a difference in my skin/hair/nails. It mixes well in cold water, and tastes like a summertime-Strawberry-Lemonade Cooler.I take it by itself, or with a meal to "up" my protein-collagen intake.Flavor suggestions:Use it in water alone, or it does taste great with tea, or in any flavored non-sugar drink.And for those who really like the refreshing punch of a lemonade mint taste, add Mint-flavored Stevia.Bolo sells a liquid product by "Now Foods" called "Better Stevia Peppermint Cookie."Enjoy!

I’ve taken this for a few months in the past with no noticeable differences. However I read the studies about using this type of collagen and they all said it depends on the amount taken daily, but it can take 6mos to see improvements. So I decided to start using it again for joint and bone health. I’m in my 40s with some back problems. Anyway, it is a nice bump of protein in my morning coffee. However I normally get plain and decided to try vanilla this time - won’t buy vanilla again. I can drink it but it doesn’t taste great. It has that weird fake vanilla taste. Not terrible but not good either

I’m a 53 year old female . Menopause has caused my hair to fall out and what I have left is very brittle. I’ve been experimenting with different collagen brands and this is the first one that has actually worked. My hair has gotten thicker and feels softer than it has in a couple of years . My hairdresser has even commented on the results she has seen in my hair. It’s very easy for me to remember to take it daily because I put it in my coffee first thing in the morning and it doesn’t change the taste or texture of my coffee because it dissolves easily. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in perimenopause,menopause or hyperthyroidism. Thanks ancient nutrition .

My nails ( especially my toenails) hardly grow. I serious only cut my toenails 2-3 times a yr. It’s been about 2 1/2 months of me using this collagen and my toenails have grown out so much that I have to cut them already. And I color my hair and my roots are showing up every two weeks now because my hair is growing so much quicker. I totally recommend this. Get to the very top she’s making you see your boss just helping her out then how are you? Work # makes it look like you need to get a lot more. If you do it makes it look more flat down it don’t look cool.

I’m 77 & have ran 12 marathons. Had left knee surgery and had to wear copper brace for pain. One month of Ancient Collagen and no knee brace needed. Also my finger nails grow faster, plus my grey hair growing faster with black color returning.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Cost was the primary reason for the initial purchase. I have reordered twice now. It dissolves easily in my morning coffee and the vanilla flavoring is a nice feature without being overpowering.
Pros- Genuine. Cons- cost 3 times as US.
