Zojirushi Micom water boiler and warmer has a micro computerized temperature control and a one-touch electric dispensing system. It has four keep warm temperature settings: 160, 175, 195, 208 degrees F. This unit displays actual water temperature at all times. It is also has an energy saving timer function (6 - 10 hours) and easy-to-hear sound indicator to alert completion of boiling process or low water level. Quick temp mode heats the water directly to the selected keep warm temperature without reaching a boil. The water will reach the selected keep warm temperature quicker than regular mode. Other benefits include reduced steam and reduced energy use. This mode should be used when DE chlorination is not necessary, such as when using bottled or purified water. To activate, press the reboil/quick temp button; the boil light blinks. The dechlorinate mode reduces chlorine and musty odors from tap water by extending the boiling time.

High quality portable water heater. It has 4 different temperature settings. The Lid plastic O Ring washer will wear out it about 4-5 years so buy and extra lid from Zojirushi because the water heater will last over 10 years. I have had mine for 10 years and still going.

Bought this water boiler for home use and it’s been working well so far. Heats water quickly and is easy to operate. The size is good for daily needs and it doesn’t take up too much space. No issues after regular use, and it’s convenient to have hot water ready when needed. Happy with the purchase.

I was stationed in England and Korea where I liked drinking hot tea. Ive had one of these for over 15 years. Not only is it great for tea but he instant hot water is awesome for cooking as well. Dry soups, ramen, mashed potatoes, even filling a pan for making mac and cheese is faster bcause it instantly starts boiling! We live in an all solar home so we watch our watts. This kettle is efficient, holds a gallon of water and as long as you use Reverse Osmosis water cleaning is a breeze. If not every six months soak in vinegar and rinse.The kettle looks nice and not too bulky. We put it on a sliding coaster so we can pull it forward if needed and the cord is plenty long for that. All in all I can't see us without one now. Great price and great quality.

We have owned Zojirushi brand before. This is another small appliance we got because we know the brand. This water bottle is very nice because we like how it shows the water level from the outside so you will know if the water level is low and needs a refill. The boiling speed is very fast, although not instant, but it takes a couple of minutes and will play a musical tone to alert that the water is boiled and ready. Capacity wise, this water boiler is 3L. I think this will be easy to clean because it's got a layer of coating on the inside jar.

I got tired of my electric kettles which break every 1-2 years for whatever reason. so decided to purchase this hot water dispenser. it's slightly expensive, but this brand is a very well-known brand and quite durable (other family members have them and I've owned a couple in the past). if you're going to plunk down $ for another electronic product, buy the best you can with your budget! you do need to de-scale it periodically which is easy to do (just purchase these descalers which are also available on Bolo and run it through) - I enjoy tea and pour over coffee and so nice to have hot water on demand! not sure about the music that plays after the water has been heated up to the desired temperature but we're not too bothered by it. The last one we had lasted for years (much longer than our electric kettles which we've gone through 3 in the past 5 years)!

I have loved everything I've bought from Zojirushi. They make quality products, especially their water boilers/warmers and their rice cookers. Our first one lasted about 10 years with very heavy use. We've had our second for about 5 years. When I got a job that required me to live apart from my wife for a time, one of the first things we bought for my apartment in the other city was another Zojirushi water boiler.It is not as convenient as having a more expensive water boiler/cooler that connects to your plumbing, but in our kitchen that wasn't practical and would be a lot more expensive and in my apartment away from home, it isn't an option. This fits nicely and looks nice on a countertop without taking a lot of room. It would also be perfect for an office.I usually use it to make tea and pour-over coffee. Because I usually just use an aeropress to make coffee (and my wife prefers instant coffee for convenient--I love her but she's not perfect), I don't have a separate coffee make on the counter.It holds 3 liters, so depending how many people are using it to make tea/coffee and how much they drink, I find that we have to add water about every two days. By myself in my apartment, and in the office full time during the day, I have to refill it about once a week, sometimes twice.Cleaning is easy. You can buy zojirushi cleaning packs, but they are just citric acid power. You can buy it cheaper in bulk. I usually just get the zojirushi cleaning backs though for convenient. You pour in the powder, water, and push the cleaning button. How often you do this depends on how hard your water is.

This comes with an EU plug so it's not suitable for UK sockets, annoying because it's sold on the UK Bolo site.Don't even try to use a travel adapter for kitchen appliances, it's not the correct voltage and you'll probably blow a fuse or risk a fire hazard.The actual product is probably fine, Zojirushi is a highly reputable brand and I've used their water boilers in the past and loved them.
