I've had the larger version of this for several years, but finally broke down and bought the smaller one too for making roast chicken recipes where you don't want a larger surface area so the vegetables and sauces that accumulate under the chicken disappear or burn during cooking. It works well, and it's well built. It's also fairly pricey, so if you're not going to use it often, I'd opt for a cheap aluminum disposable pan in this side from the grocery store instead.

Looks so good I want to take it to bed with me. Sturdy ergonomic handles and made to withstand a lifetime of use. Well worth the money.

Very versatile for cooking both on the stove (on low to saute onions) and roasting in the oven. Beautiful piece of cookware! All-clad brand my favorite! Watch U-tube video on how to correctly cook with All-clad without it sticking and suggestions for easy clean up after roasting. All-clad skillets are also wonderful; will not ever go back to non-stick pans. Keep your old glass lids though so you can see your food cooking without having to lift the lid when cooking on stovetop. All-clad lids are oven safe.

Won't fit in UK/EU ovens
This will not fit in European ovens, its larger than 16 inches because of handles, get the smaller size or buy an American style oven that fit the oversize US Turkeys

Tolles Produkt, leider geht es zurück. Ich habe nur auf die Zoll Maße geschaut. Der Bräter hat wie angegeben 16“ (41cm). Aber mit Griffen sind es 44cm - passt leider nicht in meinen europäischen Backofen. Darauf hatte ich nicht geachtet.
