Excellent addition to the v8 family. The low sodium version is too bland and the original version has too much sodium . This one is just right and has fiber as a bonus.I give this to my elderly partner who can’t chew or digest leafy vegetables. This is a perfect substitute short of me making it myself. I just have too much to do every day so I opt for this. Sodium level isn’t optimal but I try not to add any salt to his diet so this should work ok. He has to watch his vitamin k intake and a small glass of v8 doesn’t seem to affect his INR too much.I have a small glass in the morning and evening with my vitamins and medications. Pills go down so much easier with a thicker liquid than with water.

Love any kind of v8 or tomato juice. This tastes no different but offers extra fiber to those that need it. Impossible to find at most markets. This price is great too.

V8 in a high fiber version. It really doesn’t seem to be any thicker than original V8 but what’s not to like? The same grest taste as original V8 in a higher fiber version. This, probably, won’t make up for a lack of dietary fiber, in and of itself, but if one was looking to increase one’s overall fiber intake, adding High Fiber V8, along with an increase in the amount of fruits, vegetables and other sources of dietary fiber one consumes, could, with care, help a person to achieve their daily fiber intake recommendations.

This high fiber version might have double or even triple the fiber of the original V-8. But it’s not noticeable. After a glass or two, we decided to up the fiber content. Poured the remaining contents into a good blender along with some shredded carrots. In a few minutes we had blended and very high fiber vegetable juice. Here’s to your good health.
