Because of a sore elbow I was looking for a compression sleeve I could wear on a daily basis. I am 6’ male. Never having worn a compression sleeve before I measured my elbow circumference at 12.5in and ordered three brands in the size specified by their sizing chart: Kunto-M, Venom-L, Mava-L. The Kunto ($22), is the lightest, with thinnest material, and shortest (9”) of the three. I found the Kunto too tight and could not wear it comfortably for long periods, I guess I would like a L size better. The tags need to be sewn in for easy removal to make it more comfortable like the other two. For a lighter weight, thinner, shorter sleeve or for a smaller person, the Kunto would be a good choice. The Venom ($20) is 1” longer at 10” and the material a bit thicker than the Kunto. The Venom is comfortable for hours at a time and gives great support. I recommend the Venom. The Mava $15 (for two) is the same length (10”) as the Venom, has the thickest material of all three, and gives slightly less support than the Venom. The Mava is the most comfortable for wearing long periods and because of this is the one I wear the most. If you buy any other sleeve, I recommend you spend the $15 for a pair of the Mava sleeves too. The Mava per sleeve cost is 1/3 of the Kunto. My overall ratings: Kunto-3, Venom-5, Mava-5.

Works well! Nothing special and the sleeves are already showing wear after a few weeks, but the price is great. Ordered XL and they were a bit tight, but I would say my arms are bulkier than most due to a drastic weightloss. Double check size and enjoy a good product!

I had couple of nagging elbow injuries, aswell as tricep tendon injuries and it had gotten so bad that my elbow was hurting literally on touch. I tried almost everything, shark cartilage supplements, glucosamine, chondroitin, msm, gave it few months of a rest time, nothing seemed to work, it wasn't getting any worse, but it wasn't getting any better either.So i decided to purchase this guy right there, was kinda sceptical about this, because literally nothing helped...... So i gave it a try, literally first workout with thing on already felt alot better, elbow felt really wierd, because i wasn't able to use my tricep properly for months, but pain was almost gone and it wasn't gone because elbow had healed already, nonono, i actually tried to take it off and do some light tricep pushdown set, it hurt, put this thing on, do the same excercise with almost no pain. it's been about a month now, literally speaking from not being able to touch my elbow, now i can do some heavy tricep work really comfortably, pain is almost gone, this thing actually works.I ordered size L ( i do armwrestling so my forearms and upper arms aren't exactly skinny ) and it fits really well with a little bit of compression, but i get a pump in bicep or forearm it just becomes uncomfortable, because it feels like it's cutting the blood supply off, that's the only "side effect" so i'm giving 4 stars for comfort, otherwise 5 stars all the way man, my recommendations for anybody

These sleeves are so comfortable and flexible. I followed the instructions for measuring around my elbow which fell right at the 10.6 inch mark. Since I was looking at other compression sleeves, I also followed their recommended measuring instructions for their sleeves, by measuring 4 to 5 inches above the elbow. This measured a little over 11 inches, which of course falls within the size Large. Perfect fit!!! And this was on my left arm, which has a slightly smaller circumference due to an arm injury. When wore this on my right arm, it still fit perfect!. I use the sleeves for those at-home videos (PX903, Core de Force, UFC Fit, TapOut XT), and light weight lifting. The sleeve doesn't roll up/down, but stays intact. The sleeve does reach half way up my bicep and down half down my forearm (similar to the pictures listed). No irritation, no snagging.

Size seemed correct for my arm but just needs more pressure in the elbow region itself. Flexibility was fine and it does not try and leave your arm. Just needed a little more pressure around the elbow area. Very well made and delivery was great.

I've been to the gym and lifted weights consistently for the last 25 years or so and my elbows are really beginning to show some wear. After a recent bout of tendonitis in my elbow I decided to purchase an elbow sleeve to see if it would alleviate smenof the pain when working out. I purchased a different brand of sleeve and in general I was satisfied with the product except for being in between a large and a medium. I ordered a large and while it was ok, it fealt a little loose. I purchased one of these sleeves because i was more towards the middle of the large size....figured even tho it was my left elbow that hurt I could still wear a sleeve on each arm. I didn't know that this purchase was actually 2 sleeves (so now I have 2 mava and 1 other brand (no...I don't have 3 elbows). Anyway, there is no comparison between the mava sleeve and the other brand I purchased. The mava sleve is tighter and more supportive but somehow still allows better movement. I still have elbow pain but it is not as intense.....these sleeves definitely help. They also get very warm when working out which some may or may not like. Personally, I find the heat therapeutic. I would purchase these again and would recommend them to other gym rats.

I like how it’s firm around your elbow and helps keep it less painful during a workout. A large is a good size for athletic biceps. Overall it’s a great elbow compression sleeve.

Game changer
I have to be honest, I was very skeptical when I purchased this product. I followed the instructions by measuring my elbow and wow. Perfect fit, and let's be honest, that never happens. I used them in the gym today for the first time. First couple of sets I attempted my workout without them. Today was a chest and tri day. My elbows hurt so bad, I couldn't even come close to pushing the weight I normally would. I slipped the sleeves on and wow! Game changer. There's still some exercises that are a little painful but what a difference. First time in a while I've had a workout predominantly painfree. Super good quality, very comfortable. Highly recommend this product
