Simple natural ingredients that make this beard oil very practical. It's true to it's words and dries fast and it is not greasy. I use this after I shower when I'm just going to stay in my home. It has a light scent and it's a great value for your money. It does keep my beard soft.

I saw lots of negative reviews. But I really needed a cheaper option for this long beard. I was going through a 1 oz bottle a week and at $20 a bottle it was too much. This stuff works great. My beard feels stronger. More elastic. And really soft. Plus it doesn't dry too quick. Leaves my beard shiny all day. I'm glad I took a chance on this because it is gonna save me a fortune. Also smells kinda like cologne/after shave. I prefer a more woodsy scent but I'll take it for the price.

I like this beard oil a lot. It is easy to apply and doesn't leave the beard greasy. The smell is nice and subtle, and the price is great. I purchased it as a trial with another bread oil, which was more expensive than this one, and I hardly use the other oil. There are so many beard oil options here on Bolo and they all claim to be the next best thing since the slice bread. This one is a simple no BS beard oil, and the price is not gouged. This oil IMO is as good if not better than other beard oils here on Bolo for half the price.

Husband loves that the oil makes his skin and bear soft. Wife (me) purchased because the listing says this oil is fragrance free. It is absolutely NOT fragrance free but rather smells like cologne/after-shave/deodorant/etc. This product is horrible for those of us who are extremely sensitive to fragrance/smells. I've been happily using Cantu leave-in hair products for years, which have a light fruity/coconut fragrance, so I was shocked at the overwhelming fragrance of this beard oil. The scent is almost migraine inducing, as the smell hangs and lingers in the air. I purchased this product based on the listing details only, without reading reviews (my error). Shea Butter Missing In Action.
I have used a lot of different beard oil products in the search for the perfect one. A combination of scent, effectiveness, ease of application and dispensing method are my buying criteria.I picked this up largely because I wanted to try something with shea butter, I love that smell. Scented shea butter toilet roll. Mmmmm. It makes your toilet smell like you are on holiday. Yes!In addition this oil presents itself a little more professionally than some of the concoctions on the market and also it isn't a dropper applicator affair which usually end with half the bottle still full whilst you furiously pump the squeezy bit in the futile hope you don't need to resort to tipping the bottle all over your hand.The Good -The bottle is a well packaged, it feels robust in the hand which is better than a lot of bottles that look like they might break if you squeeze a little too hard.And that's it really.The could be better -Most disappointingly the scent of shea butter is nowhere to be found. The bottle may well contain shea butter, but you can't smell it.It's a kind of non descript ointment that does have a whiff, but it's not akin to dousing yourself in Suntan lotion and smelling like a canary island, which I was rather hoping for.Application is simply a squirt on. Squeeze the plastic bottle upside down into the palm of your hand and it spurts out of a small hole. This creates a lot of excess oil.The oil is quite greasy and I end up having to wash my hands to save coating light switches and door handles with it.I tried this for 6 days which is normally more than enough time to see any improvements to beard softness. I didn't notice any. Sad times.So overall it doesn't smell as I had hoped, is a pain to dispense, overly greasy and ultimately didn't reap any benefits.Two stars for being nicely bottled and getting my hopes up but it's back to sniffing toilet roll for my shea butter fix.
