I’ve been using this for about a year now and I like them. You have to take two per day since a 1000mg is needed for the dosage. Since your body can only absorb 500mg of calcium at a time (this is fact) I take one in AM with Vitamin D and one in the PM. It comes on a small and large bottle but they are frequently out of stock. I’ve had no issues with them and reorder when needed if available. Having magnesium is an added bonus

I like these capsules. I've been trying to stay away from tablets because they can irritate my stomach. And, unfortunately, some capsules do, too. I can take these and I feel no stomach distress at all.I take two of these along with magnesium at night before bed and they help me to get a good night sleep. I can swallow these easily and quickly.This is a big bottle and taking 2 a day, this bottle lasts me for about 3 months. I just ran out of the first bottle and purchased a second. These are working great for me.I don't know the difference between the different calcium items/ingredients. I only know that my body does well on whatever ingredients are in this and I'm happy to have tried these and found they work good for me.

You can literally buy hundreds of different Calcium Complex with Vitamin D supplements, but very few are independently tested and offer a number you can call to confirm and request test results. I like the product but from August 2022 to November 2022 , the price increased $14 and has gone up $5 more since. So now my August order of $18.10 is now $37. That is quite unbelievable.

I am 42 and l have taken USANA active calcium since 10 years ago. I found this Calcium Complex by Bolo, received the bottle today and l am 150% happy. So easy to swallow and the label says “vegan “ so l believe l found the perfect calcium. USANA pills are SO HARD TO SWALLOW that l have to cut them but they really hurt the throat while swallowing but the fact that this Calcium Complex is natural lead me to buy it and l am totally satisfied. See the attached photography showing both USANA and my new Calcium Complex, They look the same size in the pic but the reality is that there is a big difference at swallowing them....BIG!

Does the job. Pills are high quality and easy to manage when taking them. Bolo Elements are high quality and I will certainly be buying these products from Bolo from now onA side note, these will WREAK HAVOC on your stomach if you don't eat food with them. As a calcium supplement, these are like taking a handful of Tums. I have an iron stomach, but these cause displeasure and rebound heartburn. I take them one pill per meal, and usually drink some coke with it to keep the pH balance in check

It's good Calcium for me and that says a lot since my system is very freaking picky about Calcium the only Calcium that used to work for me was citrical but since they changed the formulation it no longer worked for me the effects are immediate for me since if it is absorbed I can sleep if not I can't.
