Arrived on time, price seems fair considering all things are expensive, but happy with product and do recommend.

I bought this to bake bread with. I wasn’t very happy with results because there is an odd sweet aftertaste which is not very good with a savory sandwich. I will definitely use the remaining to make cookies, muffins, pancakes, sweet bread, but I’m going to be looking for a different oat fiber that has a more neutral taste so that I can bake bread with it as well as sweet baked goods.

I am using it as an egg replacement for vegan baking, and it’s working great.
Great product
I mistakenly used this in place of oat flour in my oatmeal cookies as I put the wrong labelled lid on my canister. I baked them anyway. They turned out to be a great oatmeal fibre cookie!! And gluten free if you use gluten free oats. A couple of these and they are better than metamucil!!! And not hard on your system as well. Regarding the calorie content - this fibre is not digested BUT the government regulations makes them put the calorie count on it anyway, even though you don’t really digest it. (Google how they determine the calorie content of things). I learned this from Metamucil when I wrote to them about why there were calories in their Metamucil.
This product is hard to find in Australia
Great product. I make my Keto bread with this and it makes the best low carb bread I’ve tasted. I couldn’t find this product in any other Australian stores so thanks so much for stocking this 👍
