I replaced the fuel filter twice with no improvement. I searched the blogs for my symptoms and they all said to use this this stuff. Fill a new fuel filter with this stuff and start the engine. In less than 5 minutes the engine made less noise and very little smoke whereas before the smoke was very noticeable. The power is up about 50%! I could not believe it. The engine runs like a sewing machine going down the road. Buy it and use it!

During a recent fuel filter change in my 2005 VW Jetta TDI wagon (with over 207k miles on the original BEW engine) I poured in a full can of Diesel Purge (nearly filling the filter to the brim), reconnected hoses, then drove several miles while varying engine RPM as recommended. Then filled the fuel tank (which had been run nearly empty to reduce dilution while purging) and an improvement in performance was immediately apparent; faster acceleration and no more smoke when starting. I'll save the second can for next year's PM.

Used on my 1983 Mercedes 240D. I am a believer! Follow the directions and it cleaned my system. Now I’m able to drive at normal speeds with no hesitation. Make sure to change your fuel filters.

This worked great on my L3130. There was a slight miss at mid to higher rpm's affecting power some. Had been trying some other stuff with limited success. I dumped one can into the tank with maybe a gallon of diesel left and went out mowing. This cured the issue. I would recommend this, Seafoam and Power something did very very little previous to this.

It does what it says. My 6.0 Powerstroke would run rough during the cold start up in the morning when it was below 40 degrees. I poured this directly into the secondary fuel filter under the hood and carefully put the filter in. The remainder I put into the tank along with an additional can. I drove it for 50 miles.I can tell you it ran a lot smoother on the initial cold start up the next day and it was only 6 degrees Fahrenheit.

Da qualche mese però la Valvola EGR comincia a dare qualche segno e sicuramente sarà ormai satura di carbonio o altre schifezze. Con additivo per gasolio di altra marca (che non mi pare il caso di nominare), la spia motore nel cruscotto si spegne dopo aver percorso circa 30Km. Ho poi quindi provato Liqui-Moly diesel Purge versandolo direttamente nel serbatoio (praticamente a secco di gasolio, ovvero non più di 3 litri). Fatti diversi Km fino ad esaurire l'additivo stesso ed il carburante, mi aspettavo che l'azione "purge" dell'additivo facesse vedere i suoi effetti, ma purtroppo la spia motore è rimasta accesa sempre. In pratica non ho riscontrato alcun miglioramento con l'impiego di Liqui-Moly diesel Purge.

Excellent product. Helped my old 2003 turbo diesel car pass the MOT emissions test by reducing the emissions by two thirds! I used it neat in a new fuel filter (metal canister type filter) then ran the car for 45 seconds to allow the product to soak on the injectors overnight. Then ran the car hard the next day using varying revs (sometimes 4000 revs for 1/2mile twice etc etc) with another 500ml bottle in the tank for good measure (the twin pack allowed for this). It has smoothed and quietened the engine which used to tick a little too (possible injector tick?). The emission test was passed and emissions reduced by two thirds. I will do this routine (or a variation of it) every year before MOT time now. Very happy!

Der Diesel Einspritzsystem Reiniger hält was er verspricht. Mein alter 300 D raucht nicht mehr und hat deutlich bessere Leistung als zuvor, der Motor läuft deutlich ruhiger und rund.
