Currently battling round 2 with breast cancer and taking several hormone suppressing medications. Needless to say things down south have suffered. I have been using this every 3 days for over a month and I have to tell you it really helps. It is no cure all but I feel a lot better, like I'm almost normal. I combine this with an exterior vulva cream (I've tried various brands of those and in my opinion they all are about the same) and it does offer relief. The gel formula does indeed seem to stick to the insides and doesn't slough off which has been a problem with some other products. The only thing I would improve is the delivery system, I prefer something like a plunger and for me using the tube is a little awkward , never sure if I'm getting all of the product out. Sorry if I've been rather frank, I hope it will help someone else, thank you.
