I am not sure that it will regrow hair, but it does help with extra volume. Of course, it does not smell like flowers, but that is to be expected and it does not smell that bad. I base my review on how the product works!!

I have tried many organic shampoos with various oils and what have you to keep my male pattern baldness at bay. I compared the ingredients and the men's one had more chemicals in it so I chose the woman's one and it instantly made my hair soft, thick looking and manageable, and it has definitely reduced the thinning area and so I have been using it for many months and will carry on doing so. Of course, I use Avalon Organics' conditioner and that's full of good stuff too but I think this shampoo has played its part. Nice smell too and not much needed for a lovely lather - as well as all these benefits, it's reasonably priced given how long a tube lasts.
