This is the only floss I buy.The Glide in the silver package works better for me than the Glide Pro in the white or green package.It does not catch or shred on my tightly spaced teeth.You can get deep with this floss to thoroughly remove plaque.Before Glide floss was on the market all dental floss would shred, break or get caught in between my teeth or dental work.Highly recommend if you have tightly spaced teeth.**UPDATE 5/2025, what in the world has happened to my favorite Glide floss? In the original review above, I was very pleased with all the different versions of the Glide flowers and the deep clean in the silver package was mg favorite.I've been using Glide floss ever since it came on the market, no other string floss worked it just shredded and got caught.Now apparently Glide has changed the formula for all their flosses, this last package of 2 deep clean I bought a few weeks ago is nothing like the last I purchased, I compared them, the old packages I bought in 2024 as have any I have bought over the years was silky and smooth, flat tape that effortlessly went between all my teeth without getting atuck, shredding or catching . This new version doesn't even loom nor feel the same, it comes out of the container twisted and curled up and the texture is nothing like the prior Glide plus it is sticky and feels like its coated in a thick wax which I hate. I even went to the drugstore and bought an original (white pkg.) and the comfort plus (green pkg.) and they are now horrible too.I wish Glide would bring back the original that was silky and smooth instead of this new version which I cannot use.I guess I will be looking for a new tape floss that is not textured and awful like this version.Please Glide, bring back the Glide I love.I'm taking away 2 stars because this new version in no way compares to the old version of Glide.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provideYour dental floss might be exposing you to toxic chemicalsAFP Relax News•January 09, 2019Flossing your teeth with certain types of floss could expose you to higher levels of toxic chemicals according to new research.MoreNew US research has found that flossing your teeth -- and certain other behaviors -- may increase exposure to the toxic chemicals linked with a variety of health problems.Led by Silent Spring Institute in collaboration with the Public Health Institute in Berkeley, the new study looked at blood samples taken from 178 middle-aged women to measure the levels of 11 different PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) chemicals in the body.The women, half of whom were non-Hispanic-white and the other half African-American, were also interviewed about nine behaviors that could potentially also lead to higher exposures.The findings, published in the Journal of Exposure Science & Environmental Epidemiology (JESEE), showed that women who flossed their teeth tended to have higher levels of a type of PFAS called PFHxS (perfluorohexanesulfonic acid) in their body compared with those who didn't, in particular when flossing with Oral-B Glide, one of 18 flosses included in the study.In addition, all three of the Oral B Glide products included, plus three store brands, also tested positive for fluorine -- a marker of PFAS -- a finding also in line with previous reports that Glide is made using Teflon-like compounds.The researchers also found that having stain-resistant carpet or furniture and living in a city with PFAS-contaminated drinking water supply were also behaviors linked to higher PFAS levels.Among the African-American participants, those who frequently ate pre-prepared food that came in coated cardboard containers, such as French fries or takeout, also had elevated blood levels of four PFAS chemicals compared to women who rarely ate this type of food. However, the same relationship was not found among non-Hispanic whites, although the researchers are unable to explain why.PFAS are water- and grease-proof substances that are used in a wide a range of consumer products, including fast food packaging, non-stick pans, waterproof clothing and stain-resistant carpets.They have been linked with numerous health problems, including kidney and testicular cancer, thyroid disease, high cholesterol, low birth weight, decreased fertility, and effects on the immune system. This is an OK product. The floss is the wider type (about one millimeter), in case that's what you are looking for. I was.

Aparte tiene un olor a menta que deja tu boca sintiéndose verdaderamente fresca.Por ultimo quisiera agregar que verdaderamente es recomendada por odontólogos, mi dentista opina igual que yo, considera que es el mejor hilo dental dentro del mercado.
Excelente calidad
Intenté varias marcas de hilos dentales. Casi todos se revientan, se deshilachan, incluso el último me dejó restos de hilachas entre dos dientes que solamente logré sacar cuando me llegó el Oral B Pro-Health! Desde entonces es el único que uso y me encanta!

Very good dental floss. Effective and pleasant to use.
Too expensive for what it claims to do.
This item is much better than most dental floss available in Germany but it is not worth the price. It does not do what it claims to do and it is terribly overpriced. There is another type of floss with toothpaste coating, available and sold in Canada, unfortunately, and not in Germany. This one is also by Oral B and Glide but one is much cheaper and a lot better for teeth and gums because it indeed deepcleans them as it claims.
