Me:-33-Adult ADD/ADHD (low-mild)-Distracted fairly easily while working-Foggy operating memory on details or facts-Organizing thoughts is effortI have been taking NeuroHealth for a few months and it's worth trying...I wanted to find a nootropic that would be a decent and healthier alternative to branded drugs like adderall or vyvanse. After researching on Bolo and other sites for a general consensus, I decided to choose NeuroHealth because it claimed to be plant-based and less synthetic. I wanted a supplement that was less aggressive but still had notable effect. NeuroHealth doesn't give me energy or a feeling of laser focus, but after a week I noticed improvement in my memory and ability to think quicker in the moment. After a few weeks I could confidently say I was sharper in instances of recalling more insignificant details and felt less jumbled with handling multiple tasks. I had a headache the first few days when I started taking NeuroHealth, but that may have been due to dehydration. The headaches were only 2-3 days. Definitely drink water before or ramp up with 1 pill a day. The packaging says to take pills before a meal, but I take them after breakfast or with my meal mostly. I haven't noticed a difference or any buzz/jitters whether I eat while taking the pills or not. Though. definitely eat something within 30 minutes of taking the pills or you may feel nausea.So far I haven't noticed any waning or drop off in effect after continual use for 3 months+.Summary:NeuroHealth isn't NZT or a genius drug. Don't expect to be suddenly smarter. For me, this is a good memory and mental maintenance supplement, so I plan to continue until the utility wears off. No buzz or energy feeling that noticeably stands out, which feels more calm/mild. In my case, no side effects other than the first couple days of headache, which is apparently common in reviews. I say try a proper cycle through a bottle and then make a judgement call on your experience, but NeuroHealth is a safe bet. Obviously, each supplement will be an independent gamble on whether it's best for your own body/interest. Good luck!

I have been taking this for about 2 1/2 years now and you’re not going to get results if you think when you take it it’s gonna work immediately that’s not gonna happen with anything like this however, if you continue to take it every day for at least six months I guarantee you’ll see an improvement in your thinking pattern in your remembering pattern in your concentration in your speech and most of all in your memory Arena !! I would suggest us for anyone who is having any problems with memory, especially!! Just stick with it and don’t give up because it’s not gonna help you overnight!!! NOTHING WILL THANK YOU, AND GOD BLESS

I was taking these for a week and noticed that I was far more irritable and anxious than I previously was. It was as if I had consumed a lot of caffeine and when I eventually realized it was these supplements and stopped, the anxiety went away. It may not happen for everyone, but if you are sensitive to stimulants or have issues with anxiety, I would maybe give these a miss.

Over the past year, I've experienced a drop in productivity due to the anxiety of a career change, a car accident and my recent marriage. I tried to explore supplementation in the hope that it would reduce my inability to concentrate for more than 15-20 minutes and my stress avoidance response.I tried Aswaghanda, L-Tyrosine, Gingeng and Ginko Biloba. All gave me noticeable effects, which generally faded after a few weeks. What's interesting about this product is that I felt the effects within a few hours, and the balance between concentration and calm is impressive. With other products, I felt either focused but disconnected from the world and moody, or hyperstimulated and agitated. I feel very balanced and ready to face the day with limited anxiety and renewed energy. I've started drinking a lot of coffee at the same time as these intakes, but I don't feel like I need more than a few sips today with this one. Obviously, this is the beginning and other factors may come into play, but to be honest, it's an impressive start. I'll update after a few weeks, as I'm following these supplements closely, knowing that self-medication carries risks. EDIT: I've been taking for 2 weeks now. Still feeling the desired effects of a more focus cognition. I anticipate it slightly dropping from everyday use, but it is working great.

I chose this supplement when my usual choice was not available. This one is less expensive, and so far I am not disappointed with this. The benefits I noticed with my usual brand have not diminished, so I will continue with this brand.
