I’ve never gone to the bathroom regularly. I take 2 of these a day and going like clockwork!!! I’ve been on probiotics and have never gone regularly. Whoever said that it didn’t get to your intestines was wrong. The smell is really not bad I find easy to swallow and very affordable and energy is great. They work for me!!!

If you can get past the smell, this is the best-value multivitamin I found. It is also third-party tested which tells me that it actually contains what is on the packaging, which is a rarity in many supplements.

I have an issue w/my Thyroid and needed a vitamin without Biotin in it. After a very long search, I stumbled upon these Nutricost Multivitamins. Lo and behold, there is NO Biotin within them! I love these. They give me what I need w/o constipating me and no added issues w/my Thyroid.
