I take it and I never get sick. Since the science for everything changes with the seasons it is more or less backed up that Vitamin D intake supports ones immune system. Maybe I would be healthy even without taking it. Praise the genes. Who knows. There is no measure other than my blood work shows I have a sufficient amount of it. I take it for a while and than neglect it. Flu season I might take 2 every day for 1 or 2 month. I guess it's effective. The ingredient list looks OK to me. I'm not a pharmacist, so what do I know. The taste is pleasant because one only has to swallow and not chew. It also doesn't have a off-putting smell. It doesn't hurt to take it, so why not - on and off. Until somebody discovers it's not OK to take it.

Good dose in 1 tablet
I haven't started using these yet, but as I've increased my intake of Vitamin D3 since my blood work came back a few years ago, saying I was deficient in it, I put it up to 2 1,000IU, but I do prefer to take more of this, especially as you get older. I was informed I needed to use more, so this is 1 tablet daily, again works out less expensive, so good buy. Will probably re-order once I have used them for a little while.
A supplement I tolerate!
I struggle to find supplements I can tolerate because I’m allergic to corn, and almost all supplements include either corn or corn derivatives. I tolerate this Vitamin D well, and I’m relieved and so, so grateful💚
