It soothes my throat and tastes great, too. I always keep a bag or two on hand during winter, just in case. I'm really glad I was introduced to this tea!

I love this tea so much! It has truly helped lower my blood pressure and calmed my inflammation. A little honey and lemon will bring the best of the tea! Delicious!

I took this initially for allergy remedy. It did nothing. But i did notice clear skin and major hair growth spurts after drinking this consistently for about 2 weeks. I know nettle has a bunch of vitamins and minerals in it so there are other benefits.No bad taste. Just taste herbal. I didnt need to add honey or anything. Taste fine.
