I purchased this tank/tool box combo and it works well for me. The size of the tank is a plus especially at the price point. I do wish the tool box had an included tray for tools. Guess I’ll just have to make one myself

Ordered…shipped very quickly…combo came on a pallet with a box over top of it strapped down…no dents-no scrapes—-shiny and brand new…locked it down on my ton dually…im in love with it!! Do not hesitate to buy

2022 UPDATE FIRST: My initial review talked about shipping damage. Eventually, the tank developed a leak. 2.5 years later I made it my mission to talk to DeeZee customer service and they REPLACED THE ENTIRE TANK AND TOOLBOX. It was difficult to get ahold of them when I first got the tank (2019), but now they are well staffed and they really care. Its super-rare now that a company stands behind their product this strongly. DeeZee has made me a customer for life!!Decent product, seems well constructed. It came shipped in a large carboard box. While this is meant to protect the box/tank, it also hides damage that you will not find until you uncrate it. The lid of my toolbox was dented and this was not apparent until I removed it from the box for installation. I contacted Dee Zee, and their telephone said they were closed--even though it was a weekday during their posted business hours. I left voicemail a week ago with no returned contact. I expect more from a vendor that I spend this much money with. Greatly disappointed.

For the price, this is a great box. The steel is a thinner gauge than a lot of other boxes, but it is also a lot cheaper. Keeping price in mind, it is a great unit.The tool box is a great size. I am able to fit my makita 14” cutoff saw, a Honda generator, and a 150 piece socket set in mine with plenty of room left over for more tools (I do a lot of demolition so those tools are always with me, and rotate other tools in and out based on current projects).I have this installed in a 2016 Ford Super Duty. It leaves plenty of clearance for a gooseneck or fifth wheel.

A great looking box and exactly what I was looking for, except the aluminum they used on the tool box might as well be tinfoil. I kneeled on it twice installing the fuel pump and put two good size dents in it I fear standing or even resting something heavy on it would destroy the lid or bend the box for $1300 I expected a little more.
