Feels really smooth and comfortable to ride. When you step on it with one foot, it doesn’t move, it waits until you get both feet on it. Highly recommend. Got it for a birthday present and even got the chair attachment which is also super fun.

I bought two, one for each of my kids, for Christmas. They absolutely loved them, but one stopped working within a week. It wouldn’t calibrate anymore. The other hoverboard never had a problem.I looked up the problem online and couldn’t fix it, so I contacted the company and gave them the details. They wrote back right away telling me that it didn’t sound like it could be repaired, so I could return it and Bolo would send me a new one. I set up the return, shipped out the broken one, and got the replacement a few days later.I hate dealing with returns and contacting customer support, but they were great. I could tell that the hoverboard I received as the replacement was a slightly updated version (still the same model). I’m not worried about any more problems, and the other one we had is still going strong. They are lots of fun, and my daughter rides hers everywhere!

I bought this for my 6 year old and he loved it. He rode it on the sidewalks of our neighborhood. The problem is this thing is not built to last. Ordered July 28th 2023 and immediately I noticed the housing on it started to crack where the pieces are held together with screws. My kid weighs 60 pounds, no way this can handle an adult or over 200 pounds as stats in the product details say. Anyways, the cover never came completely off so we duct taped the edges that were separating and my kid kept riding it. It finally stopped taking a charge two weeks ago, mid november. He paid $160-180, can't quite remember, not worth it for something that worked for a little over 3 months. I'm an electrician and took the thing apart to see if I could identify the issue. The plastic housing is a joke, almost 75% of the screws holding the top cover to the bottom were broken off, the plastic is too lightweight to handle the stresses it is put through. The other components seemed pretty solid but I was never able to make it run again. To bad, my kid had a lot of fun on it and saved his own money to buy it. I feel pretty bad so I might buy him another but I'm going to stay away from this brand. There is a reason it only has a 90 day warranty.

I got this for my daughters birthday. She loves it. It tried to kill me.I went in her room and noticed it there and thought myself “eh why not”. I started slowly spinning unable to stop while hunched over. I slowed down enough to stand upright when I was greeted with violent back and forth shaking. She sprung up to help me. I inched my way towards her bed throwing a chair in a pathetic attempt to stabilize myself until I threw myself on her bed.Upon composing myself I noticed her school chrome book was open and hidden behind her schoolwork she had a zoom window with a few classmates. To those parent I’m sorry if I taught your kid a few new words.Overall she loves it. I on the other hand will continue walking.Highly recommend for children or yourself if you want to limp a little.

Bought this as a Christmas present and it came broken. The charging port was practically falling out of it. Bolo quickly provided a replacement and the new machine works great. Runs smoothly, has good battery life so far, and good speed. It fits with the Hover-1 concert attachment and my 8 year old loves riding it around the house.

Hoverboard works great and holds my 185 pounds with no issue. My son loves it. We had bought a cheaper version made by the same company and it was horrible but this one is worth it

Not worth the week-long life
Honestly I saw the good reviews and was like "Oh sweet a great hoverboard" only to have my hopes/dreams/wallet shattered a week later when one side suddenly stopped working as well as the entire hover-1 support services since they wouldn't help me or return it. My mistake 100% but I hope you won't make the same mistake I did
