Definitely a solid choice if you're looking for a reliable mat that holds up well and feels good to use.

Thin mat
I got a yoga mat because stretching and doing mobility work on my hardwood floor was painful on my joints (in some positions). This added minimal cushioning which was extremely disappointing. The texture is weird too, it feels like there is some petroleum slathered on it right out of the package (it also smells strongly of rubber chemicals as well which is also a minus). The strap is cool though.
