Every other day, I would drink 1 pill and I know it's different on the bottle but I thought if this is really gonna make me lose weight, I didnt want to crash my body so suddenly with it.WEIGHT/APPEARANCE:My weight shifted from 127lbs (~57kg) to 124lbs (~55kg) in less than 2 weeks. I am 5'7" (~170cm) and although that's still considerably skinny, after taking Quadra Lean, I could see my collar bones more prominent and it showed alot on my face as it was less puffy on my cheeks. My shoulder stuck out more and the gap between my legs got more noticeable. My sides were definitely more defined when I wear something tight. My bf even said I got lighter when he picks me up.FOOD/ENERGY:I started noticing my appetite divert from eating sweets to actually craving good food. I was craving salads and apples instead of chips and brownies. I also realized the amount I ate, I was more full and didnt usually cave in to snacking every hour of the day and only ate when I knew I was hungry. I did become more thirsty, or Im not sure if that was the affect it did. Felt like I made myself a habit and stuck through this food routine. Although my weight was sporadic depending how much I ate, I still felt energized and didnt feel as tired after work.CONS:I dont recommend this to those who are trying to lose weight the "easy way". There are days where I would forget to eat because I was so hungry and would get very dizzy. My period/menstrual cycle came late for a month because my weight was so low and a point where my body was not use to it. I lost weight incredibly fast and my body was reacting somedays where I would have mood swings and get irritated and upset faster. Suppose, got more sensitive.My bf got this to control his food portions when losing weight. I am already considerably small and I believe it is good for those who are working out and keeping a routine to do so.All in all, Ive stopped taking this every other day and just adjusted to a bi-weekly intake and my body seem to react well and ive gotten used to taking it. My weight maintained itself and I havent gained heavily since. I work out sporadically and eat all foods I want but in now controlled portions.(THESE ARE PERSONAL RESULTS. RESULTS MAY VARY)

This is the best energy giving body shrinking pill i have taken and doesn’t upset my stomach. i also have a keen awareness of a sharper mind. i’m 68 years young and it woke up my brain!

It works! Went from losing 4lbs to 6lbs a week.I used to workout a lot. I was in the gym nearly every day and coaching 3-4 nights a week until I totally dislocated my femur in a martial arts class. Due to the type and severity of the injury, I was barely able to walk for over a year, and it took more than 5 years just to be able to do any sort of non-impact athletics on it. Needless to say, there was a lot of weight gain from not bring able to be active.Throughout that whole time I had changed diets, tried every fat burner on the market...some of them repeatedly; and I’d only get mixed results. Some would work for a while, then I’d hit a plateau and try something else.I changed fed everything up around Thanksgiving 2019. I changed my diet and started hitting the gym hardcore again. At first... and for several weeks, I was only losing 3-4 lbs a week, so I definitely needed a thermogenic fat burner to kick start my metabolism. I ordered the Quadralean Thermo and got it in December (60 caps).For me, I could feel a little bit of a burn immediately as I swallowed the caps, but that was it. There wasn’t an immediate burst of energy like other products have. It was a gradual increase that I only noticed while working out and a gradual decline when it wears off...about 3-4 hours later. You will definitely sweat while working out if you use this. One of the days I took this and didn’t go to the gym. If you’re stationary or not really moving around, you might not really notice any of the thermogenic effects, but if you start straining or moving around, you’ll definitely notice them.Over the past 2 weeks my weight loss has gone from a max of 4lbs in a week to now 6lbs, and it’s done that each of the past 2 weeks without changing my diet or exercise since starting the bottle.Overall it’s a great product that has shown positive results for me, and I just ordered my 2nd bottle.

I’ve been using this for almost a month now and it’s an ok product. The first time I used it (recommended serving) my body was feeling intense. It felt like I could feel my blood flowing through my vines and I am not sensitive to caffeine! I lowered my serving to 2 pills once a day for about 3 days. Helped a lot with the weird feeling but I didn’t feel like it gave me any energy. So the next week, I took 2 pills in the morning and another 2 pills around 3-4pm before my workout. I didn’t feel like it did anything special until I stopped taking them. My workouts didn’t feel the same and my body felt very fatigue. I went back to taking the same dosage 2 pills twice a day for another week and my body just feels less bloated. My workouts went on longer without even realizing it. As for actual weight loss, I can’t say that it works because I haven’t lost any significant weight since taking these. However, I think these are pretty good for an energy boost. Also, I have noticed that I have been getting a lot more hungry. Not sure if it’s because of the longer workouts I’ve been doing or if these actually help burn more calories or spend up your metabolism, either way they are worth a try.

I had high hopes for the RSP Nutrition QuadraLean Thermogenic Fat Burner, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. After using it for several weeks, I haven't noticed any significant changes in my weight or energy levels. Despite following the recommended dosage, I didn't experience the promised boost in metabolism or fat-burning effects.Moreover, I found the serving size to be quite large and cumbersome, especially for someone sensitive to stimulants. The energy boost, if any, was minimal and didn't last long. Additionally, the taste of the capsules was unpleasant, making it hard to take them consistently.Considering the lack of noticeable results and the inconvenience of the serving size and taste, I wouldn't recommend the QuadraLean Thermogenic Fat Burner to others looking for an effective weight loss supplement. It simply didn't deliver the promised benefits for me
