I use these on long hikes, when it's hot out and I sweat a lot.I've experienced the discomfort of electrolyte imbalance after a long hike. Swollen hands, headache. I found it wasn't just dehydration but I also needed electrolytes. I started using these and along with staying hydrated, I've not had any more issues.Pros- the taste is good. Good enough for a salt tablet! Texture is also fine. No issues swallowing this large tablet as it is a chewable tablet. This is also pretty affordable and will last quite a long time. Easy to share with friends too.Cons- noneI find these to be necessary for a long trek .

I love these. I use them during pickleball games. I like that I don’t have to add it to water like my other type. And they won’t melt.

Came in very handy during a 50k i ran. I used the instead of mixing electrolytes with my water or getting them from gels. The orange flavor was pretty good as well.

They're ok, but as a chewable - you gotta work..... Broke a couple teeth. They're not chewable chewable. You gotta suck on them until they sort of become manageable

Got these salt tablets for summer long-distance running. First time I had them was during a half marathon race and they did not disappoint after I ran out of electrolyte drink. They are tasty (got orange flavor) and dissolve without having powdery residue, aka no choking while running. Highly recommend and will definitely repurchase.
