I did not realize how big the bars of chocolate were nor how many 12 bars dark unsweetened chocolate in all. I'll have put to them in the fridge. They should last all year. Its a bittet dark chocolate, thick texture, melts well, hardens fast. I bought it to bake 1 item. Its a great buy if you bake and need chocolate.
