My husband isn’t a coffee drinker but wants the pick-up of caffeine to start his day. He’s tried many drinks & pills before finding this one. The drinks were either sugar laden or contained unhealthy artificial sweeteners that he didn’t want. He’s LOVES this brand. The caffeine is time-released- a huge advantage, My husband isn’t a coffee drinker but still appreciates a morning boost of energy. Over the years, he’s tried countless caffeine drinks and pills, but most were loaded with sugar, artificial sweeteners, or caused unpleasant side effects. Then he found this product—and it’s been a complete game changer.The time-released caffeine is its standout feature. It provides a smooth, steady lift with no jittery spike or mid-morning crash. Because the release is gradual, it’s also easy on the stomach—no discomfort at all. The convenience and consistency make it an effortless part of his routine.He’s been using this brand for several years now and has no interest in switching to anything else. Caffeine via coffee or normal tablet is too much all at once, and makes me jittery, shaking & anxious. However, I am a pathologically sleepy person, and caffeine is a big part of not napping through half of each day. These are absolutely perfect. I can feel the wakefulness as it comes on, and it is indeed sustained over a longer time than would otherwise be the case. But I don't shake, my heart does not feel as if it's in my throat, I'm not jumpy & awkward--at least, no more than usual.I'm a very big fan. I'm certain I'll repurchase these.

I purchased these because I was having a major early afternoon slump, and the Florida summer heat isn’t conducive to afternoon coffee breaks. I’m giving it 5 stars because it’s effective with no crash, but I have to split the capsules into smaller portions because I get a slight agitated feeling when taking a full dose. There’s no jitters, I just feel a slight impatience. My husband says he doesn’t notice a difference, that comment could be the reason I’m agitated lol. I purchased a capsule splitting kit and a packet of size 0 capsules on Bolo so that I’m not wasting half a dose every time I take one (see photo). This is my 2nd container and I’m very pleased with the quality. No nausea or stomach upset, haven’t had any sleep issues since cutting the dosage in half. Will continue to take. The half dose takes about 20-30 minutes for onset & seems to last approximately 4 hours

I don't usually write reviews but for this one I will. I have been a coffee lover and drinker for many many years. I love the lift coffee gives you and I would sip on it throughout the day. I developed a hernia over the years discovered in 204 and the doctor told me I had given myself an ulcer from taking too much aleve over the years. I through away the aleve but my stomach continued to bother me. It seemed that coffee was really bothering me so I decided I had to give it up and see if things got better. It did help quite a bit so I laid off of it permanently. So, you know where this is going. I really missed my caffeine boost. I came across the product and thought what the heck I'll give it a try. OMG it is great. I take 1 when I get up and then do my exercising. It seems to last on into the afternoon. I take it about 5:30 am and around 1 or 2 I'm still going strong. It doesn't affect your appetite and there is no crash that I can see. It does not affect my sleep at all. Anyway, 5 stars on this one.

I’m sensitive to caffeine which is why I only drink g fuel, (slowly throughout the day) but been taking a break because I have high B vitamin levels and trying to drop them down so I got these pills. On the days that these pills did work, it definitely was not “slow release” in my opinion. It hit me like crack lol I guess I thought it would be a light caffeine buzz that lasted throughout the day. No.. I was a super human within 15 minutes lol couldn’t stop me. Then it died down after a few hours but still couldn’t sleep and felt antsy and tired. Then I think maybe I was burnt out after or something cuz for the rest of the week they did nothing but accelerate my heart rate while being tired and not letting me sleep. Do they work? Technically yes kinda. Did they do what I wanted? No.

Good value
I don’t know what else to say other than the product works as advertised! No sudden jolt of energy, no significant crash, just a few hours of boosted energy. I mainly really like this product because it gives me the same caffeine boost I would normally get from an energy drink, but this is a fraction of the price compared to the number of drinks you’d have to buy to get the same amount of caffeine. It also allows me to drink water instead of an energy drink and saves on calories and sugar.
