The blend of corn and rice is nice and neutral, unlike some of the pastas made with legumes. The price is right, too.

Yum! Wish there were other shapes of GF pasta to choose from as I would buy them all! Great texture. Couldn’t tell it was GF.

Cooked noodles break apart very easily, but the taste is basically indistinguishable from traditional spaghetti, so my celiac-having self can serve this to the whole family instead of having to make a separate gluten-free batch for myself so the rest of my family doesn't have to suffer on my account!
