I have 5 to 7 days of horrible pain leading up to my cycle. I have another tens that works for injuries so I figured maybe there was one for cramps. I ordered it and couldn't wait to try it out. I played with the settings and there are plenty of them and I tested intensity. Once I found one I liked (#8 because its consistent) I hit the levels and felt that #15 helped get my mind of the cramps if they were mild. On stronger cramps I immediately went up to the 20th level and it still was not enough. However it really helps to distract me from the pain. Just make sure you have extra pads. After so much use, one of them lost the stickiness and since it wasnt adhering anymore it was moving while on and the shocks would hurt. Also make sure the plug is fully connected on either sides when you are using it because if it isn't it will shock you, and if you try to plug it in correctly while in use it will also shock you (and it will startle you) overall a 15 out of 10. I dont know what i would do if i didn't have this.

Just using it right now on husband. He has neck and shoulder pain. I used an old tens unit on him yesterday but it had seen it better days. This one is a upgrade and is so perfect. It works well...it might seem difficult to operate but once you unbox it and read directions and hook up leads it is just a matter of referring to instructions to see what feels best....always start with lowest settings...this is a GREAT handheld device. Will be getting much use out of this.

I purchased this unit to support and augment the sessions I have with my Physical Therapist. It is recently purchased and have used it one time, primarily to educate myself on the operation, features and modes. Eventually gained some beneficial use and anticipate further benefits going forward as I continue to learn device functions. One aspect is the screen does not remain in a lighted mode. Perhaps that's for me to learn.

It takes a while getting used to how the touchscreen options work, but once you understand them, then the feeling of relief from pain is astronomical. You have to play around with it a little bit to find the settings that best work for the amount of relief specific to the individual.

I have bought this a couple of times from several years ago as gifts to friends. This is overall a very good product and been advocating other friends about its effectiveness. I have bought a new one for myself but surprisingly it no longer comes with the acupuncture chart that is supposed to be included in the box.

Enttäuschendes Massagegerät – schwache Wirkung und schlechte Haftung“
Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht von dem Tens-Massagegerät. Die Intensitätseinstellungen sind sehr schwach und wirken kaum. Außerdem haftet das Gerät überhaupt nicht richtig auf der Haut, sodass es ständig verrutscht. Das Gerät fühlt sich billig verarbeitet an und nach kurzer Zeit funktionierte es nicht mehr richtig. Für den Preis habe ich deutlich mehr erwartet.“

First class item , I read a lot of reviews on lots of different brands and decided on this one , glad I did has really helped my leg pains and back problems, easy to use and set up , almost idiot proof lol
