I make popcorn in a pot on the stove, then dump it into a bowl, and sprinkle with this cheese powder. I have also used it for a quick batch of macaroni and cheese, or egg noodles and cheese. It doesn’t get hard and clumpy in the container. I will buy this again.

I've only used this as a replacement for Kraft so far. I'm diabetic, and I want my occasional Kraft Mac n Cheese! I use this with diabetic friendly elbows and it tastes great! I don't think it's better or worse than Kraft which is a great compliment in my opinion.

I liked the product while it lasted. It has a short shelf life. My product now tastes nasty after a year. I would expect a powder to last longer and will purchase a smaller container next time. Need to throw half of it away. The labeled expiration date was 9 months from my date of order.
Great alternative to the Hoosier's equally delicious yellow cheddar

The flavor is good and seems to not have too many ingredients like chemicals and such. Will purchase again.

tastes excellent. makes a very nice sauce for pasta.
Real Cheese - Powdered
Way too expensive but you don't need crazy amounts. We used it on noodles. People that are saying it's salty are using it on already salty microwave popcorn. We had to add a bit of salt. Not wierdly sweet, salty or fake tasting.
