This vitamin B complex pill is very effective. I felt the effects within a week of taking it constantly. The pill size is not too big to swallow, which is great because I have a terrible gag reflex, I felt nauseous the first time I took it, but that didn’t happen after the first day so I think it is definitely worth the health benefits.

I was previously taking a whole food B complex and wasn't feeling any results after extended use. I decided to try this brand of vitamin B because I have had good results with two other vitamins I use made by nutricost. I could immediately tell the difference in my energy levels. The absorption seems to be much better than what I was previously taking. This, so far, is a good brand at a good cost.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Awesome product keeps my vitamin B’s in check,. It will make your urine yellow, so don’t be surprised. It’s in capsule form, not as easy for me to swallow and it kind of large.

After doing a little research, I chose this product for the vitamin content and value. One pill a day and I am done. Giant bottle will last me a few months. No unusual odor or side effects.

If/When I see results in a few months or years, I'll be sure to let you know. For now? I need more B6 & B12. This is the purpose of this item and it does it's job. Since taking this for a while now, along with MANY other supps... my complete labs 3-days ago were ALL within acceptable standards. I believe this plays a part in it. It's affordable and not too large to swallow. I'm a 57 y/o man and I will live a long life with supps like this. Thank you.
