This set seems like a good value for the money especially if it is on discount. I got it because I didn't have a metric set of drill bits. But This comes with a ton of different Phillips head bits which are also awesome to own because each one is slightly different which should make it possible to get a nice secure fit in most Phillips head screws. The carry case is nice and tough some of the pieces are a little hard to pull out but that's better than them falling out when you open this thing. This would make a great gift to an aspiring craftsman and is very useful overall.

I onw a small auto shop. All my tools are for cars.I decided to start building a respectable home tool set for light construction and repairs around the house.Over the years I have learned to go with reputable tool brands.That is becoming harder to do these days. For multitude of reasons we wont go into.This set has bits for metal, wood and concrete. Great company and handy case.Here is why not 5 stars.I did not know that impact drivers need different bits than drills.So I ended up having to buy a second set for my impact driver.Possibly why everyone leaving a review saying the bits broke because they prob using a driver vs drill.I feel like they could have added a couple impact bits but its a great set for the money and the quality feels like its there. Also keep in mind bits are consumables. They are not designed to last forever.I'm going to pick up a couple more as x-mas gits.

Has everything I needed in it. It's light to carry it has a a good size variety of bits. Easy to remove but just a little bit hard to put the drill bit back in especially the small ones. The bits are good and sharp. It shames to be good durability
5.0 out of 5 stars Quality bits, great selection, cheap bulky case
I bought this kit for the metric twist drills. The screwdriver bits turn out to be among the most well fabricated bits I have and are extremely well finished. They’re well tempered and annealed to be very hard and resistant to wear. The Torx, Phillips, pozidirv, hex, and other bits seem to be fabricated to very tight tolerances and have a nice fit in fastener recesses. They seem to be holding up far better than I expected and are keeping up with my industrial brands. The bit holder is high quality and has a very strong magnet which can hold the bit and a pretty long screw. The nut drivers are not magnetized but are also of high quality. I am surprised at the overall quality of all of the accessories, given the relatively low cost of the kit. The drill bits are sharp and well made. The brad point bits are holding up well and staying sharp in soft and hard wood. The twist drills are holding up well to drilling steel and the titanium coating is not wearing with moderate use in steel. The countersink is sharp, has 5 blades and a quick-change hex shank. It cuts well in steel, aluminum and wood and without too much chatter if not spinning too fast. The only ones I haven’t used are the masonry bits and I’ll never use them as they’re designed to be used in a standard drill without hammer mode and are only rated for brick. I normally only use a rotary hammer for masonry and sometimes a hammer drill for very soft masonry and with their respective specialty bits but these would probably work ok for drilling a few holes in some brick. They do have a decent sized carbide tip that is reasonably sharp. I didn’t intend to leave any of the bits in the bolwmolded organizer but it turns out to be handy and is not as large as I had thought it would be. I will see if I can find something in the future which is more compact and space efficient as a permanent solution but it’s not as terrible as many blowmolded cases. As expected, bits can be a little difficult to remove and replace in the molded plastic of the case but the bit holding strips come out and work well. I now have two of these I keep in different install kits for my business and plan to buy more in the future as needed. I hope this review is helpful.

Imagino que en la descripción, donde dice taladros, se refieren a brocas. Mala traducción.Las herramientas son de una calidad media (no se puede pedir mucho más por este precio), por lo que creo que no están destinados a un uso profesional. Sin embargo, creo que es perfecto para tareas de bricolaje. He usado al menos la mitad de las piezas varias veces y siguen perfectas. Seguro que van a durar mucho tiempo.Makita es una marca de prestigio, imagino que las piezas que salen de sus fábricas deben pasar un control de calidad antes de llegar al mercado.
