Tho some are deadstock and unplayed they have not been stored well and have layers of accumulated dust that cant be removed. Spin clean and record doctor both improve the sound some but many are left with a lot of surface noise. and are even unplayable in dj situations.I will say in 25 years dealing with records this product is a complete game changer. I was able to get some records playing dead quiet that i would have play graded VG- or worse AFTER they had been thru spin clean and record doctor cycle. This does miracles that spin clean and record doctor simply cant.I would venture to say if you are any level of serious collector who regularly deals with dirty grimy records this is beyond essential. I should have bought one years ago. At this price it's a complete no brainer. Saving 1 rare record would easily pay for this. ESSENTIAL

Switch overheats causing the housing to melt and shorting the circuit board. Contacted Customer service provided photos and evidence. They keep going in circles with correspondence. Submitted Photos Through email, They contacted through Text asking for information. I gave them everything they asked for order details photos etc. They told me to replace the switch and see if the circuit board was shorted out. It was explained and confirmed that the board was shorted out. The smell of the electrical shortage was a definitive indication. It was also accompanied by a loud pop and our circuit breaker outlet resetting."Thank you for your letter. We are sorry to cause you trouble. Please replace the power socket and check whether the circuit board of the product is faulty. If the circuit board fails, please contact us again to reissue the circuit board for you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.""Thank you for your letter. Our technicians have determined that this is a power socket failure. Please replace the power socket. At the same time, please follow the following operations to eliminate other faults:1. Please disassemble the bottom plate (the edge screw) and check whether the vibrator wire (red and black wire) is loose and whether the positive and negative poles are inserted reversely.2. Check whether the fuse on the circuit board is burnt black or broken.3. Check whether other components on the circuit board are burned out or cracked.""Thank you for your letter, and I'm sorry for the trouble. How did the switch fuse? Works great with a few tweeks, Setup and testing and prep. takes an hour or two.The spacer disks will have to be cleaned up and finish sanded to remove debris from mfg.cutout prosses. I also made label protectors from silicone 1/16 sheeting.First mod was to cut the lid with a dremmil and cutoff wheel so it would fit with the motor installed.2nd mod was to replace the 24v motor wall wart with a 12v 1amp walwart, as the 24v rotated the motor way too fast.3rd added a bluetooth wired bbq type temperature probe.Cleaning solution i finally settled on was Distilled water, 2 caps of the iSonic fluid "blue" ,2oz of X100, ipa 100% home brew premix concentrate.Premix = 1gallon distilled water, 8 to 10 caps of X100 and 10 to 12 caps of 100% ipa. Shake the hell out of it , this will desolve the x100, let it settle to defoam.I run a 12 minute cycle with machine set to 28c. And a preheat to 86f. realtime temperature on the inkbird probe.I run 3 albums at a time, to center 3 albums in the wash basin load 3 spacers to start then a album and 2 spacers between each album with a silicone protector on each side.The last spacer is a single. This centers the 3 in the wash bin. Pre sweep each record with a lp dust brush. Inspect each lp for pressing defects.Post clean , lift the motor and drip dry for 10 minutes with a fan blowing on them then 10 minutes in the included drying rack.This method yealds spotless results and cleans all but the worst finger prints. With no water spots and fast air drying. Heavy soiled and fingerprinted albums need to be pre cleaned. No way around itDont freak out when your fluid gets cloudy before you clean anything. I clean 30 or 40 albums or more on a fluid change.Noise? Yes it is noisy. You wont want it in your listening room. If its in an adjacent room with the door closed you wont hear itIts significantly quieter while its spinning albums in the fluid. Louder while empty or preheating with the agitation motors running as this helps speed up preheating.Agitation causes heat.Overall its a very good value considering the motor with slide is all cnc aluminum and very nice. The included drying rack is nice and solid. It comes disasembled and requires assembly and adjusting. It has 4 arms that can rotate and slide. Wider is better. Its kind of fiddely so multiple adjustments may be nessisary to get it right.Its really awesome once its propoerly adjusted. If your record is leaning its not adjusted rite.

Works great for LP’s. Not sure what the complaints about the noise, not very loud imo. I sat in the garage sitting right in front of it listening to the radio with my dog asleep next to me. P.S. dont let doggie drink from the solution.

RESULTAT NETTOYAGE PARFAIT!
J'ai mis en service le nettoyeur à ultra-sons VEVOR ce week-end, sur des disques vinyle de plus de 30ans stockés dans de très mauvaises conditions, et présentant des micro-moisissures, qui engendrent des craquements lors de la lecture. (J'ai mis les coffrets et les emballages à la poubelle tellement ils étaient pollués) Donc j'ai mis dans le bac de l'appareil un peu moins de 5 litres d'eau déminéralisée additionnée de 2 ou 3 giclées d'alcool isopropylique et un bouchon d'agent mouillant ILFOTOL. J'ai remplacé le transfo d'alimentation fourni (24V) par un modèle qui délivre 7,5V, car le moteur d'origine tournait trop vite. Les disques doivent passer du temps devant les vibrations. Réglages: Température 30°C et durée 25 minutes. Je n'ai mis que 3 disques 33T LP en même temps car il faut garder de l'efficacité à la cavitation Ultra Sonique.Bien laisser sécher sur le support fourni (un peu "bricolo" le support)Le produit fait du bruit, mais c'est très supportable.J'ai vérifié la température avec un thermomètre: correct.RESULTAT: IMPECCABLE: plus aucun craquement à la lecture.Formidable. Pour 170 EUR vous nettoyez vos disques. Pas besoin de mettre 2890 EUR dans un Degritter...même s'il ce dernier est certainement plus performant grâce à des générateurs U.S. à 120 kHz parallèles au disque alors que le VEVOR agit en fond de cuve à 40 kHz.Il faut aussi faire un peu plus de manipulations. Mais le VEVOR fait le job!Pour des disques pas trop sales, on doit pouvoir nettoyer plus de galettes en même temps.

Der Ultraschallreiniger ist, gemessen am Preis, unschlagbar! Aber man sollte ein wenig basteln können. Die Trenner zwischen den LPs sind nicht wasserdicht, so dass die Label feucht werden. Eine dünne Lage selbstklebendes Moosgummi auf beiden Seiten der Scheibe sorgt da für Abhilfe. Der Motor für die Spindel dreht sich mMn etwas zu schnell. Für Abhilfe kann ein 12-Volt-Netzteil oder gar ein 5-Volt-Netzteil sorgen. Damit dreht sich die Spindel schön langsam, so dass die LP bei jeder Umdrehung eine möglichst lange Zeit im Bad verbringt.
