Great value for a good product
While I prefer the shells with classic cheddar, they tend to be a lot more expensive online for some reason. These were cheap and taste the same (just different texture than the shells of course). For $2 a box, I'll deal.
These are delicious!
Better than the Mac'n'Cheese of your youth, this MACaroni is made from the super healthy chickpea. Gluten-free, lower glycemic index and calorie count than wheat pasta, it's a great source of fiber, protein, and an amped-up flavor profile. Easier to digest than beans (for all your skeptics), this Mac'n'Cheese is healthy comfort food that I find myself craving in all weather. It's great on its own AND makes a great base for adding tuna, chicken, onions, peas, peppers, or any other pasta salad addition you can imagine and I enjoy it hot, cold, and at room temp. I'm never without this pantry staple. Never.
Tasty
I wanted to add cooked broccoli to this dish but didn’t have any so ended up eating it with a salad. It was a wonderful dinner we loved it! The macaroni is good quality and filling. For $3.+ it is a good deal! I did add a little almond milk and butter at the end of cooking time - it was fast and easy to do. Best part is it wont make me fat Yay
We like this better than many other gluten free ones
This is really good. It might be a little salty for some, but for gluten free it is a great treat. Even my husband likes it and he is pretty picky. I do add a little shredded cheese, but hey we’re from Wisconsin! Healthier than other brands of gluten free.
Prepare for farts
Tasty Mac n cheese, but definitely tastes different than the blue box! I continue buying it for the higher levels of protein and fiber. My son enjoys the taste and I feel good about giving it to him. The fiber definitely gets things moving and causes some gas, though.
Walk on by disgusting product
If I could give this product zero stars I would. The taste was the most disgusting thing I think I have ever eaten. I cannot believe this product got positive reviews. The texture of this pasta is very difficult to describe. I won't say it's tough, but it was very firm. It took over 20 minutes to cook this product. Even after 20 minutes I don't think it was totally done. I will say that the pasta did not fall apart it was very firm. The cheese did not mix in very well. It was not at all tasty. I'm glad this pasta did not cost any more than it did because I threw most of it in the garbage. It maybe a little bit healthier for you but I would much rather get my protein a different way. I definitely would not bother buying this product.
Look out Kraft
I wasn’t expecting this to be very good. To better than Kraft everyone ps main stay. The noodles were tasty, better than regular Mac because they had more texture and extra flavor. I finally have. Way to eat chick pea. The cheese is very good. Thicker and full of flavor, I don’t need to add my own shredded cheese. This costs a little more ut even if it wasn’t healthier, I would and will buy this Mac and cheese. Look out Kraft.
Really good
This mac and cheese is really good. Can't even tell it's made with chickpeas. I've been eating healthier for 5 months now but I just love Mac and cheese and the fact this is high in protein and gluten free makes it that much better.
