I use it for my first morning drink water , before any thing else. It helps with the speed of caffeine to accelerate you jump start. It has niacin in it that causes the caffeine jump with B1. Not for everyone so please read and research before taking.

I'm a pretty big dude on a weightloss journey. Starting in Janurary 2022 I severely cut alcohol, sugar, and highly processed carbs. This isn't 100% abstinence, but probably at least 75%. I also began exercising regularly. I haven't forced myself into a crazy diet for rapid weightloss, which always ends in failure for me and a return to garbage eating habits and slothfulness. I have been trying to move into more sustainable lifestyle changes. This with a few basic supplements (magnesium, zinc, chromium and cysteine) have led to 35lbs of weight loss in 11 months for me (300lbs on a 6'4" frame down to 365lbs). I pretty much stalled in the 360-365lbs range. Part of the reason for this is probably a stretched stomach from over eating for much of my life. Despite cutting many bad items from my diet, I'd still over eat healthier food (fruits, nuts, protein, etc.). I decided to try this product along with a fiber supplement (glucomannan) to try and eat less volume and hopefully shrink my stomach volume.The first day of this product I did experience flushing, but since then I really don't notice that problem. I do feel warmer for a few hours after taking this, which has been nice during the cold season. I feel less hungry for the majority of the day, I feel full after a normal amount of dinner, and feel less prone to snacking after dinner. I also feel a boost in energy, and mental clarity. After 1 week, I have started losing weight again and I am currently solidly in the 355-360lbs range and I seem to be trending downward. I do intend to keep taking this product for the full 2 months supply and will stop and see if I feel less inclined to over eat without this supplement. If I feel that I would benefit from another 2 month round, I intend to buy this product again.Overall, this seems to be working well for me without negative side effects.

Okay so first off let me say that I’ve been using this product for about two years now, but for the past 11 months I’ve been taking it almost every day. I started out at 462 lbs, and after cutting sugar and carbs from my diet and tracking my calories I am now down to 360 lbs.I will say that I don’t attribute my success solely to Roxylean (most of it was the change in my eating habits), but it definitely gave me a good boost of energy that lasted all day long. I don’t use this product as a “weight loss” pill, but rather like an energy supplement. When I take it, I immediately feel myself gaining focus wanting to do things whereas if I didn’t take it I would just lay around the house all day and get nothing done.I would recommend this to any healthy individual, but I would also tell them to be careful because if you’ve never taken something like this before, this will hit you like a train with the energy boost you’ll get the first time you take it.Now for some pros and cons.PROS:You only need to take one pill a day, and the energy boosting effect lasts all day long with no crash several hours later. (Similar pills have you take 2-3 pills to keep the effect going)Increase in focus and drive to do things.Decrease in lethargy and that sort of blah feeling.CONS:Weird taste: The pill usually leaves a weird taste after swallowing it that you may notice when it makes you burp several minutes after taking it.Too much energy: If you don’t eat before you take the pill like the directions suggest, you may find yourself bouncing in place and feeling very jittery and hyper focused. If it’s your first time taking the product, just be aware that that feeling can last anywhere from 30-60 before your body starts to level out. If you use the product for a long time, however, this hyper focused feeling starts to decrease as your body gets used to the product.Like I said before, I’ve lost over 100 lbs in less than a year while taking this product, but I can not stress enough that this product only played a supporting role in my success. You cannot just take this product and still eat whatever you want and expect to have results like mine. Weight loss starts with a change in eating habits, but this pill does help to keep your energy up as you go toward your goal.
