Although the description states women, it works for men as well. Have used a couple of times. It works well, very happy with it. Highly recommend.

I workout alot and lift. I was unable to do most lifting workouts without pain. This has help me so much! if you have tennis elbow or anything like that this is what you need! I had a sleeve and it just wasn't giving the support I needed.

This is magic. I have been in pain for months and this has given me relief. My "golfers elbow" or "tennis elbow" were so bad that even clicking my mouse cold trigger it. Any time I gripped anything firmly it was painful.As soon as I got this on my forearm and positioned it right...that pain just disappeared. It is temporary (you've gotta be wearing it to get relief) but that's more than enough for me to get through my chores.I hope that this will eventually not be necessary as my tendonitis heals, so hear is to hoping and resting.My gripe - they provide three sizes to try and I am really confused who they think uses these things. The small is like a toddlers arm. The medium is just a little too big and the large...let me tell you...that must be for a forearm the size of my thigh.

Ordered this for my recently diagnosed tennis elbow and it’s a nice little pressure reliever. It came with 3 different length straps and I’m using the smallest one for my forearm area. The others straps were too big and the strap ends were too long. The small one is perfect for me though (forarm is about 10.5-11”) Relieves some of the aches for me, has a nice pad inside and I like that it’s a small strap and not covering almost my entire arm like other bands out there.

The padding, the fit, and the comfort of this works for golfer and tennis elbow. The design works well with clothing but it seems like a little more width would offer more support. I do recommend trying this one and any others until you find the one that works best for you.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I liked the option of picking purple. This one came with 3 band sizes too. So much more comfortable than the old air pocket insert ones.

These are the best most comfortable arm braces for tennis elbow and the wash up great. If I could give them more stars I would.

I was unsure when I first tried it, but I am suffering from tennis elbow and I wear it all night at work. I do alot of pushing and pulling of heavy racks, very physical job, and some light lifting, and im mostly pain free while working. It really does work

Really helped forearm pain
Was a bit skeptical that it would help with a sore forearm pain but wore it a few weeks along with recommended exercise move and pain is now gone definitely helped heal
