The coffee is great, but there is a big issue. This is an Bolo issue. They show a special box for Starbucks Via Instant dark roast coffee. It is a box you can stand up on your counter and there's a little pull-down tab at the bottom, so you can take your coffee packets out from there. THREE TIMES now when I order this coffee (which tastes great) Bolo has thrown the loose coffee packets in to a plain brown cardboard box, tapped it close, and sent me the coffee in that. Last time I was upset so I called Starbucks and they claimed it was Bolo re-packaging it. When I called Bolo, they had no explanation.It's obviously Bolo doing this, so I'm warning you in this review NOT to buy it from Bolo if you want it to come in the packaging it was meant to be in.

Coffee on the go helps on those day when I am running late, or just need a little bit more pep. Italian roast is full bodied, good flavor.

The coffee itself is one of my favorites. I was surprised that after so many years of ordering this coffee, to receive the packets without their original box. 🧐 I will say the coffee packets are great and 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ so you should purchase them…but I guess…don’t expect the original box 🤷🏻♀️

I have been a fan of these for over 5 years buying the pa jets in bulk here on Bolo convenient for travel doesn't give me heartburn etc however in the past 3 months the batches have been terrible just like the other posts product not arriving in Starbucks packaging as advertised packets are short and I have tossed out more coffee than I have drank I am a Starbucks fan its disappointing I am on the subscribe and save I hope they fix this product asap

This is my go to coffee in instant. I prefer it over several brands of regular percolator coffee. The packets make one cup with little fuss. Just pour some boiling/hot water over it and you're all set. I particularly enjoy it in our RV because no coffee pot is involved, so there's one less item to carry and store.

When is Startuck's Instant Coffee actually packaged?
Much as I like Starbuck's Instand Dark Italian roast, I was not used to the packaging that showed up. The packages of 8 'tubes' of coffee are fine, but I've gotten used to 12 of those tubes in a package from a Startuck's coffee outlet. The format of the packages I just received from ebay seems different, too. I'm suspecting they might be packages that have been stored for a long time. I don't know.
