I was curious to see if there was a difference between this clear version and the regular dark vanilla. Honestly, the only real difference I noticed was the color — the taste is pretty much the same. But overall, I still like it and will keep using it. Great for baking!

I could not find any clear vanilla in the stores and, as a baker, it is very much needed and used--especially for white cakes! It is a fairly large bottle, which will last me quite a long time. The smell in the flavor are just fine for baking.
